Courier delivers my package to a completely random company that they googled which has a similar name to my company. They then proceed to lie about delivering the package to my home address. When I requested the delivery receipt they wouldn't give it. I eventually fetched my delivery myself.
Be very careful purchasing vouchers on the Vodapay app offering addition % discounts on BP Fuel, Kauai etc. Once purchased the vendor does not honor the voucher and Vodacom dont refund no matter how many times you phone them.
Be very carefull, this company does not exist in South Africa, Durban, Benoni or Cape Town. The shoes come from China. They ask for your ID Number when they are so called stuck in customs. When you request a refund its one excuse after the other. There is no phone number or location and from what Hello peter says to get the refund you need to recieve the shoes and then post them back to China at your cost via courier
Do not sign in with Telkom, once the contract is over they continue to charge you despite having in writing that the contract is closed. You cannot block the debit order and they dont issue refunds. Their exclusive online deals are not real, they do not allocate the free data as advertised and there is NOTHING you can do about it
I signed up for a Online Exclusive contract that included a large amount of data on a basic Freeme 800mb deal. 2 months later the data hadn't been added. TELKOM claims there is no such deal yet its on their website. False advertising to get you on board. Disgusting customer service and in branch will not help you. Be very carefull of these Fake online deals
Be very carefull of Telkom, they lock you in to a contract and dont deliver the data or services as advertised. There is literally no way to call the helpcentre. Faults logged on the website are ignored and when you want to cancel due to No Data asssigned to your contract they want to his you with cancellation fees. 2 months in a still dont have data but am being charged for it
This company is supposed to make licence disk renewals eazy. Instead its taken nearly 2 months to renew and its been an uphill fight non stop with Pay City. No responses for days unless you call and complain, lack of communication, dissapearing credits. Its ended up costing us more for an absolutely useless service. Each consultant starts to help then dissapears. Took 30 mins to renew at the Post Office. Dont waste your time.
Be very carefull with Telkom, there is no Customer support. You cant phone a help centre you can only log a fault which you never get a call back. After 19 attempts the ruddest women i have ever spoken to called me and then cut me off. Telkom have no honoured the contract i applied for online and have no assigned the data as advertised. The free me data bundle doesnt exist and you cant walk into a store as they wont help you either. Disgustic customer service
Its sad that this company represents a brand like HP. We took a device in for repair after only 2 months use and constant issues. It was never fixed so it went back again. Once again it is not fixed. Now neither the suppplier nor repair company want to take responsibility and honor the Warranty. The toner was all used and a counterfiet installed. I will never support the supplier or HP again. We are now stuck with a dead device thats only a few months old and its going in the trash.
I took my HP laptop in for repair as instructed by HP to use LMR. the laptop went in at the end of 2014 as it was constantly shutting down. It took over 3 months to repair and I had to constantly request updates. I paid the repair fee and took the laptop home. The problem had not been fixed and after repeated attempts to speak to the right person I took it in for repair again. This time it took 5 months to repair and I literally lost count on how many emails I had to send. I was told multiple parts had to be replaced and even went to their branch in Kyalami when they said it was ready. I arrived and no surprise they couldn't find the laptop due to a move. I finally received the laptop back 5 months later and with in 2 weeks it failed again with the same problem. I had to travel overseas and could not return the device, I was also so annoyed I put it away. I have now requested they repair it again or refund me my money only to be told its out of their 3 month warranty so they will not do so. As a HP recommended repair center i have never seen such bad service and clear unskilled technitions. I have paid money only to have this service
