I have been trying to get hold of the store but their number is not workong. On the 30th of October i went ro Mr Price clothing festival mall and bought a tshirt/106361892 there was no problem it was around 17h30 until we went to the cashier with my daughter. My daughter first started greeting the cashierand the cashier did not respond, i greeted her she did not respond my daughter greeted her again thinking maybe she did not hear to our surprise the cashier said she heard the first and second time and she did not respond becasue she is tired of greeting customers and mind you she did not speak softly she shouted at her and the cashier's voice has this big tone, she told us that we shoyld vack off because she did not want to be greeted she is tired. I asked her why is she shouting at my daughter and she told me what must she do when she is tired. I tried looking for her name tag she was not wearimg one even the receipt does not have a name. The receipt number that was issued is 1117-5-599838 my daughter was so traumatized about the ladies response as she has never experienced such. She swore never to put foot at Mr Price because of this lady.

I have been trying to grt some assistance from Tyme bank for 2 months now and i am npt getting any joy from it. I have loan account with them and for the past 2 months they have debited and amount that is 1 cent short amd i keep on receiving messages that my account is in arrears with that amoumt, i habe sent several messages pleading with them to fix this as it has a negative impact on my credit score but they don't care. Last month one of their consultants phoned me and they said the error is on their side and they will fix it but i am still experiencing the same problem that i experienced last month, it has not been fixed. No one answers their phone call no and even writing an email does not help. The last email i wrote the reply was a statement showing i still owe that one cent, how can your system debit money and be once cent short amd then you keep on sending me messages as if it's my fault. I hate receiving these messages because i have paid. Tymebank has left a bad taste in my mouth
I bought 60 eggs from Checkers mall of africa and half of them were rotten and this is not the first time i bought something which was off from them. December was the meat and now its the eggs
These people are *****sters, the owner will hide on being a church pastor. They don't finish their job, we ordered 11 tombstones from them and they erected them but 5 of them they were not finished they still had a green spray paint instead of being blasted black These tombstones were erected 2021 and till date 2024 December they are still unfinished, we called them until we gave up and they kept on saying they have sent people to spray the tombstones but till date they are still not painted. 5 of 11 tombstones are unfinished and they were paid a full amount. They are **** stars and they don't communicate.
Around the first week of March I bought sleepers at Batho PLaza Soshanguve Ackermas, after 2 weeks the shoes were torn and I had to return back to the shop the shop assistant refused to exchange them and she was busy complaining that she has her own problems and does not want ro be inconvenienced by customers as well and she called her manager Keneilwe, the manager also refused saying they can't take the slippers as they are 2 weeks old and it's against their policy because I had to exchange them immediately not after 8 days that I purchased them.I wrote several messages ro their customer service email reporting this and I got a same reply saying the area manager will contact me. 5 weeks has passed now and the area manager has not made any contact which brings me to this conclusion: Ackermas sells poor quality clothes and **** people off their money because thry do not want to exchange thins. 2. They hire rude and *********** shop assistance in order for them to save they do not send them for training for customer service. 3. They hire *********** managers who cannot handle store queries and they are also rude just like their staff. 4. Their area manager is just as *********** as the rest of the staff that he/she manages, that's were the manager gets the attitude from cause they know their senior boss is just as ***********. Their area manager does not care about customers just as long as they make the target so that they get their incentives. It makes me wonder how did the manager and the area manager got their positions if they are absolutely ***********. Ackermas sell defective clothes and thry have very bad management skills, their area manager for the Batho Plaza ship DOES not care as they failed to make contact and resolve the issue for weeks.
I would like to applaud Kalahari Fashions for the outstanding job that they have done. I ordered an outfit from them, they designed it and it was beyond my expectations. Special thank you to the lady behind the creation Sisa, what an outstanding job she did. I am one happy customer.
The service was quick and efficient first time i went to renew my drivers license and got the same service again upon collection of the licence. I recommend kempton park licence department.
Customer service at a boulders branch is horrible even the owner Geraldine does not make things easier, the lady has the worst communication skills, horrible management skills and a very terrible attitude. She even has an ego, you will fall in your face before she says sorry to a customer and admit that they are wrong. Thought that after she was exposed on national tv things will be better from her but NO they have turned for the worst. Bob cuts hair salon very incompetent. Boulders branch you will never get a service from them, they always don't have hair, if they do you will listen to their gossip before they do your hair, when complaining to the owner it falls on deaf ears, she does not care.
