My sister uses Kia Tygervalley for service her car she took in this morning before 8am as we start working at 8am- i needed to take her to go collect once its done- i prompted her to call now at 13:50 to enquire. They respond they only starting to work on the car now, they'll only be able to get the car done after 16:00today .... Mind you there was a string of cars behind us for service too- what time will they be receiving their car today? How is it possible that nothing has been done all morning yet you are advised to bring in your car early morning.
I see a message saying there has been a card transaction on my card for RX amount outside SA( Not me) , I call Nedbank to ask them to stop the transaction- No they are unable to - I have to dispute the transaction and hope they return the transaction- Block my card, only to hope for a replacement within 4 working days. How is this the emergency solution response from the bank that takes my money seriously?! I must be charged a fee , stay without a card for a week and hope that the transaction is returned to me- or loose even more than the transaction itself and hope this doesnt happen again to me? This is unacceptable for 2023 man! who works with cash today? no-one, you need your card to swipe everywhere! I am the sole owner of this bank account why am I not allowed to stop a transaction on it!? Who earns the money that you work with? I do!
So if you live is SA and have a paypal account tis such a schlep to get your bank account linked with paypal- only US banks work, the only other way is to create an FNB online account even if you not banking with FNB. But thats not even the end of it. FNB has instructions for you to follow on how to link paypal with them, but the instructions are old! They say "Verify" your account but on the paypal website its actually to verify your card! So you spend hours looking , searching then when you call them your on hold for hours untill someone actually helps you.... Now you need to get certified copies of your ID and proof of address- wait 24/48hours untill you have been Ricca successfully - then only you are able to do withdrawals from your paypal account... Why cant you just put the correct instructions on your website?

Debonairs came out with a promise- if the sticker on your box is black your pizza is free. If you make a promise - stick to it, if you need to deliver to outlying areas, tell the customer it might take longer the pizza might not be as hot at arrival. Customer service is terrible! The Driver blames the area and the kitchen for delaying, the branch manager blames the area... guys point is- you have a promise sticker. Don't put it on the box then or get a new sticker but you CANNOT deliver a cold pizza to someone who if they had to collect they would take less than 10 minutes to get to your store. I wont say anything about the Debonairs bases that sometimes tastes half cooked... thats a story for another day
Thank you Vanessa Crowe and the Collections Complaints Specialist for clearing my name at Absa and for sending notification to the Credit Burea, i was promised it will take effect within 3-5 working days, I do hope this is true, meaning i can start my house search once again, but this time i will be approved.<br> <br> Thank you for your help, although it had to take a complaint to fix things, im just happy its fixed now.<br>
I had a personal loan at Absa 13years ago which i have paid off, yet for some reason my account was never closed, rather passed on to the recovery department who then listed me as a bad payer on the credit burea! Now I have a horrid credit score that stops me from buying a house! Trying to get a hold of Recovery department is such a mission, each call centre agent gave me a different number, I have three numbers for the recovery department but no answer on ANY of them! Nice! so how do I clear my name please tell me?
