Extremely bad customer service. Amounts were just taken out of my credit card without my permission. Over charge of R4 920 still not refunded. I had to report *****, as there is no assistance from Booking.com and the hotel Pili Pili Sunrise sat they checking into it but still no refund for over charge. Booking.com is by far the worst, with no communication. I had to call over and over and get documents from my bank to show over charge and STILL NOTHING!!!

I have bought a few items from Coricraft, with no issues. This last time has been a real disaster of note and I have learnt that there communication is poor and turn around time when are that issues is even worse. They made a mistake in terms of a sofa I ordered in June, it was delivered and returned in early July, with no feedback, I have been following up and insisted on dealing with H/O manager and eventually the manager confirms 19 Aug, guess what I am still the one following up and maybe 23 Aug it might be completed. This is absolutely poor service.
<p>We have been waiting from December 16 for Telkom to install ADSL lines at our complex, which they then said would be done 09 March 17. We waited and we put in an order, which was then cancelled without any notification. We then placed the order again, order no above 15 April 17. They eventually came through & then said something about some point not being in. It is now end May & still nothing!!!</p>
<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I am an unhappy owner of the "exploding" 1.6l Ford Kuga, car has given me some issues for the last year. 23 December it just wouldn't start, no warning nothing. I had take an AA membership just to get the car towed in, after finally getting fed up of waiting for Ford Fury Fourways to call me, I called them, they then proceeded to tell me I must pay for a new battery, brakes, aircon re-has, etc. The trade in offer they gave me at that time was a joke. The car is 3 years old, it has had 3 safety part recalls to date, water bottle cracked to pieces last year. I have been afraid to drive it with the doors locked, it says alot when you are less scared to be hijacked than you are that your car might explode. I have a baby, 1 year 8 months old, who I don't take anywhere in the car recently unless it's absolutely necessary. Ford S.A. have recalled the car 16/01/2017, I took in on 17/01/2017. Dealer have no information of what would happen next. The car will apparently be repaired & given back to me. I have told the dealer & Ford SA I do not want the car back, I am desperately calling Ford & they will not assist in anyway- buyback or tradein or any information what do ever. I am just so sick of this whole situation & a brand which I thought at one time was really a good one. What a waste of time this whole experience has been with Ford as a whole.</span></p>
<p>I had a telkom landline & ADSL, I moved in December & they tell me I must wait till 8 March for infrastructure to be put in place for adsl. I use it for work & we had to take LTE, which is really poor. </p>
I took a contract with Telkom Mobile in Oct 14 for a Blackberry Z3. In Dec 14 the phone crashed, it was submitted to the Gateway Branch of Telkom, they sent it in for repairs & stated that the phone was in good condition & there was a software problem. I have been trying from January 15 to get the phone replaced, as after numerous phone calls & emails, the phone was quoted at R4 438 to repair the LCD, when the retail value is only R2 600, it makes absolutely no sense with the phone being less than 2 months old that I should now continue paying for a refurbished phone, which had nothing to do with what was initially stated as the problem with phone. NO ONE AT TELKOM is assisting me & I refuse to continue on with this contract, as they are in breach of contract, it is now 24 Feb 2015 & still I cannot get any answer from the people at Telkom. I will not continue to pay for a service I have not received for almost 3 months now & I want this contract terminated with immediate effect & the payments I made for January & February 15 refunded. This is unacceptably poor service!!!
