We booked a table for 10 to watch a game at this restaurant as we wanted to try a new place. Called 2 weeks in advance to book, manager was great said he would set up a table close to the screen and we would not be disappointed. On arrival we were taken to a table not anywhere near a screen. I asked for the manager that I spoke to on the phone. He came at us with a Terrible disrespectful attitude. Said another group got preference over us so he moved our table. We ended up having 1 extra person at our table. When asking for an extra chair we were told they don't have. I let my group sit at the table and I sat on the step on the floor. While sitting there I see the same manager setting up another table for a group of people. WITH CHAIRS! The ladies(other customers) opposite us were nice enough to extend a chair from their table so we let it slide and made the most of our evening. This was the absolute worst I've been treated at a restaurant/bar! The level of the careless attitude and disrespect received from management was mind blowing. Please fix yourselves!
I am a regular customer with this as its really convenient to just get food delivered in my busy schedule. On Sunday - 01/05/2022 I ordered Mc Donald's to my home as I was studying and my delivery was incorrect - no problem because mistakes happen. Its how this was handled that I have a problem with! I stood outside with the delivery guy for about 20 minutes while he tried to get answers on what to do - he ended up leaving me there and telling me to contact customer services to get my order sorted out by myself as he had to go and collect someone else's order. I send through queries on the app and no one got back to me. I ended up driving to the Mc Donald's myself and when I wanted to collect my food I was told the driver said that I took the incorrect order from him already - A lie! The Manager at Mc Donald's was super helpful and I received my order but I have still till today - 03/05/2022, heard nothing from Mr. Delivery?? I expected some kind of communication at least? Also I collected my own food so what happens to the delivery fee that was paid??
I booked at Wex1 hotel for 04 Feb - 06 Feb 2021 - booking number 3362721241. The reason I booked here was because I stayed previously in the hotel on the 4th floor during December time and I had a beautiful stay - was very happy with staff and venue facilities. I have been stressed and needed a break away and thought this would be the perfect stay... NOT! I got to the hotel on Friday 04/02 at 15:00 to check-in and the following happened: - Could not open the key box with provided code - Asked for assistance from door guy and he could not open either - he referred me to reception. - Reception advised that this is the incorrect code and referred me to the 4th floor. - Reception guy at 4th floor said he does not deal with this and referred me to some guy that deals with agencies. - After that guy was done with his phone call he took a look and said he does not deal with this and referred me to ground reception again - after I told him I came from there but he insisted he does not deal with this and cannot help. - I got to reception and asked for a contact number for my booking but no one could assist me so I googled and found one. - I could not reach the agency after trying numerous times - I asked to see the building manager (quite irritated at this point) - I waited around 20 minutes for the manager to show up in the reception point when I eventually asked again if the manager was called for me. - Reception said that the manager just walked past me - as if I am supposed to know who to expect. - He called the manager again and I was seen in the office. - I explained what was happening and again was told that they do not deal with them and they don't know how to assist me. - The manager went on to say that the room I booked was sold and I was scammed - I should go to the police to make a case and he is sorry but there is nothing he can do. - now I am shook and confused and ****ed off. - As I was left waiting on the agency to answer their phones I was called back and told that my room was changed because previous room was sold and they have been trying to contact me when this happened - No one contacted me (via phone call or email address or bookings messaging services) and I have also attached a screenshot of the incorrect details received on the day of check-in. - I proceeded to get the keys while on the phone with the agency and then struggled to get assistance with where I need to park my car. After I was settled I called the agency to ask for the correct details to be sent to me so that I have it on record and can show that I am not just staying in any room - I was told I cannot be helped because someone if off duty and I have to wait till Saturday morning. Saturday I received nothing and called again to get this information sent to me. At this point when I finally got to the room I was angry and irritated - NOT how I wanted to feel for this off weekend for myself and partner. I Completely understand that I booked through an agency (now) this is not exactly information given when making the booking - all I see is that its the same hotel. BUT - the assistance from employees at the hotel was POOR! I have not even received an apology for this mess up - but I got a message to say that I should tag this agency/hotel in when I share my stay and experience? This was a terrible experience and I would like feedback from SOMEONE on this. This cannot be how you treat your guests!
I am always buying their cereals and protien bars to keep me going through my busy daily life. Today i bought my favorite - a chocolate crunch protien bar and to my surprise I found a worm and when carefully inspecting the bar it was covered in webs/moldy. This is not the 1st time this happens to me and no one has responded till today about the last complaint. I am really disappointed :(
I lead a very healthy lifestyle because of underlying conditions that I suffer from - Future life instant oats is my go-to when I have to squeeze a breakfast into my fast pace life and at the same time be sure that its a healthy one. So thank you for providing us with this awesome breakfast option! Today I opened a band new sachet and it was full of hair or mold and all stuck together. I don't know what this was - but very disappointing. This could have been a packaging fault maybe. I would just like to bring this to your attention. - Disappointed loyal customer
So, Every 3 months I go to the Pick n pay pharmacy in Ottery that also provides clinic services to get my contraceptive injection. I have been seeing the nurse there for almost 2 years and always felt welcome. Sister Mildred's service was always a pleasure! <br> On the 2/02/2016 I went for my routine injection and found that they have replaced Sister Mildred with a new nurse. I did not find any fault with this at first. I went in with a few questions and I got looked at as if I were stupid, laughed at and treated with frustration on her side (NON OF MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED). She seemed so angry at the world that she hurt me while doing the injection incorrectly and I now have a swollen arm. <br> <br> This treatment is unacceptable! <br> <br> Am I supposed to go to this new nurse with my personal queries???? <br> <br> I know that I am not the only one who feels this way about the nurse as I have a few colleagues that go to her as well and they too complained about her attitude towards her work.<br> <br> Please fix the situation.<br> <br> Thank you
I placed my order for a triple deck chicken pizza and a 2litre coke. I ordered the pizza because I ddnt do my weekly shopping and couldn't make supper. I also don't have means of transport hence the delivery option.I don't know the lady's name that I spoke to but I waited from 18.47 till 20.00. Nothing arrived. This was a real inconvenience and i am really dissapointed.
Good day,<br> I have been using huggies nappies for my baby since birth, I bought a pack last week and every nappy has been leaking and the gel falling out. I am very disappointed and my child is uncomfortable. This is a real inconvenience. I would like a full refund from the supplier as this is clearly a full reject pack.<br> Thank you
