trusted them to keep their promises to return an item I sold by mistake. I offered money back ++ I got a phone call to say they would come around the next day to return it. I'm still waiting 3 weeks Later. They dont respond to my emails.Be careful who you trust.i am heartbroken! I will never do business with them again.

I am a 71 year old woman often wheelchair bound. Going to Chicago was a nightmare for me in March 2023. I was booked on Virgin on the first leg to London Heathrow airport.. When I booked I made sure to choose an aisle seat in premium economy as I have parkinsons disease and needed to be able to get to the restrooms without crawling over people . When I boarded the plane I found that I was seated in the middle of the middle section. I approached the hostesses who tried their best to find me an aisle seat but there were none. Instead of upgrading me to business class they downgraded me to regular economy with many apologies. I got through the ordeal somehow. On the way home the same thing happened . The ground crew man dealing with boarding came on board and was very Rude tlo me. Shouting at merq Luckily the hostesses found an aisle seat for me as 2 passengers had not pitched. When I got home after spending more than 2 weeks in hospital I reported this to my travel agents Flight Centre, they immediately jumped in and began the process of claiming compensation.. this was in March this year.. Virgin tried everything possible to find reasons not to compensate me Including suggesting I was making the story up or that I misbehaved and was placed in economy for that reason. I felt humiliated! Finally after about 9 months I was offered an amount of money to compensate me. Why was it so difficult to confirm what happened? The hostesses were very apologetic and kind to me. I have traveled the world and NEVER been treated like this. I've never made a claim against any airline I've traveled with and promise I will NEVER fly Virgin again! Why? FNB,why do you feel you have the right to block MY account that has MY MONEY for no reason? It's happened EVERY time I or my wife are overseas despite us letting you know where we were going and it has just happened again! The embarrassment it caused me was uncalled for. I came back home and phoned them and was told they couldn't help me unless I had signed up for Online banking and had the FNB app on my phone.. I am a 74year old pensioner and only use my phone for what it was made for, i.e. making and receiving calls.I do online banking on my laptop which does not fit in my pocket! How dare you cut me off from my own money for no reason? It took me two hours in the branch to try and fix it and then a lengthy wait for their 1 phone To make a phone call. As soon as I finally had Access to the phone, my account was unblocked. I'm changing banks ASAP because I'm so tired of wasting time and money and being embararassed.
Very expensive s****** but after sales service sucks. I had to threaten then with a law suit before they came an tried to d Fix my s******. Also charged me fortune for a new battery , new charger and callout fee ( about 5000). . Never again
I usually have northing good to say about Wilgeheuwel hospital, but my last visit was complaint free. Everyone was nice and efficient and i was made comfortable. when i rang, some one app.eared within a minute. So kudos to all who did so well!! I hope the atmosphere does not change. Everyone was so motivated.
I really doInt know what the details of the host of bad reviews are, but Ive never had a problem with them. I've been buying from Takealot.com for years now and every transaction including returns was handled efficiently and in the time they said it would.I doubt Amazon could do better in South Africa. Take time to read the rules and remember every human is fallible, even you. I think that people are quick to complain and too slow to say thank you!
Well, I said i'd never go back there but my orthopaedic surgeon operates there so I felt I had no choice. The whole experience was horrific! Firstly I was only in for 2 days and 1 night so you wonder, what can go wrong in such a short time? The answer is everything! Day one, both my cell phones miraculously disappeared when I distinctly remembered where I had put them. The one male nurse barged in because of the stink I was making, grabbed my backpack and began throwing things out. I was not watching but guess where I found them? In that bag with both ringers turned off. Day 2 the day of my surgery. I was taken to and back from theatre by the same nurses. Once back in the ward, I was not offered food, even though it was waiting on a tray at the door, left to lie in a dirty bed and not even asked if I felt ok. I took it that they were busy but a hour later I had had enough. I called them and said I wanted to talk to the unit manager . Then they jumped around! I was cleaned and fed. I spoke to the unit manager, who was shocked! She went to speak to them and after admitting they had neglected me, apologised to me. I hope NEVER have to go back there again!
Naghias in Randpark ridge is the best, nicest, cleanest abd friendliest food shop I have seen! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The whole shop is spotless and food displayed neatly. My first visit had me gaping at their prices too. We shopped till we dropped. All the real Indian recipe items were available and more that we hadn't even seen before. I love curry and got the best curry mix I have ever had. I cant say enough about them. You should go and see for yourselves. 5 stars Nagiah's!!!!!
