Bad Products

Awesome service
I recently visited the Woolworths Cafe at Cornubia. My waiters name was Msizi. From start to finish he made our visit extremely special. He was such an awesome waiter. Rarely hard to find these days.

Misleading advertising
The fish and chips normally come with 2 pieces of fish. On the entertainer app they had a special buy 1 get 1 free. However when I ordered it, it only came with 1 piece fish each. This is a rip off. Why say buy 1 get 1 free when you taking 1 portion and putting it in 2 plates. This is very misleading and this information should of been shared beforehand

Pathetic service
I recently purchased items online and it indicated that it comes with a free product. However when I went to fetch the items I store, they refused to give me the items as indicated on the adverti*****t. They said that they are unaware of the promotion. Absolutely ridiculous even when I have photos of exactly what I purchased

Terrible pasta

Perfect pasta
I recently ordered a chicken Alfredo takeaway from the pavilion branch. The pasta was full of flavor and was absolutely creamy. Even though it was a takeaway order, the Pasta was still so creamy and not dry Well done on your excellent food

Misleading information
My sons birthday was on 11 February. According to my loyalty card he was supposed to receive a birthday voucher from 11 February to 11 March. However, we were told he cannot use it. It indicates clearly online when the voucher is valid for
