No delivery done
I ordered a bed and a fridge during their Black Friday sale and requested for the delivery to be done on the 15th of December 2025, I have made numerous attempts via Facebook and call centre and up to now I have not received my delivery. Someone did say they are ****mers, I should have listened to them

I was called a month ago by a consultant from MFC and was told my Change of Ownership documents will be delivered, yesterday I got an email stating I should collect documents 10 days after the last debit order has gone off, my question is why am I still being charged the delivery fee if I’m going to collect the documents myself? I was thinking of switching to your car insurance, I will no longer do it because of your pathetic service

King Price has sent you a request to have the car insurance cancelled, yet I still get emails stating you guys will still run a debit order. I am going to change my bank account because I don’t want to be with you anymore yet you still force this insurance down my throat

bad customer service
You have bad customer service, i dont know how many times have i complaint about my broken tap and Dstv to the building manager but all that went to deaf ears, if i dont have that fixed now immediately i will be cancelling my lease with you and move to City Property or Ithemba.Get your ducks in order.

bad shoe quality
i purchased shoes in Eastgate 2 months ago and i hardly wear them but they are already cracked at the bottom, my mother bought her's 3 weeks ago and they are already broke. We both have accounts with Miladys so if you dont do anything about it we will have no choice but to pay off our account and go to Edgars that has better quality.
