i have since waiting for my balance of the grocery from the social scheme for the past 6 months. every time i call the company tells me stories that i must keep waiting , that they are not yet financially stable to re imburse me, today they are telling again t wait another 3 months as they are changing underwriters for their business profile. i have been paying my monthly contributions but now all i get is stories why they cannot deliver the grocery due to me as promised.
I currently have an existing vehicle finance with ABSA bank and have come to realise that they have debited my account with extra R862.37 amount for unauthorised debit on insurance. my car has at all times been insured with the same insurance company I supplied the bank with more than a yea ago and have never changed the insurer, if the bank could go to the extend of enforcing their own insurance on me did they at least validate.they are telling that they tried to get hold of me and I didn't answer my phone...yes I was at work and could attend to my phone. I'm now being told I have to wait for hours before I can get a call from their admin department, I sent proof of my insurance again last night and cannot afford to wait for my money to be refunded. I want my refund done as a matter of urgency, I feel one attend to call and then you enforce the debit order to customer is unfair treatment .
In May 2015 I received a call from mtn to come and upgrade my contract no:A ********** with them and I declined the offer. Then few days later I received another call welcoming me to the upgrade and I immediately went to the store in rustenburg square and spoke to Maxwell who promised that they will resolve the matter after I gave them affidavit that I did not renew any contract. In October this year I got a call from Shamde at mtn and I explained the whole story and she asked me to resend all my docs which I did. I have now been getting threatening sms from Hammonpole that they are collecting debtors and my so called account has been refereed to them, is this a joke?? This has negatively affected my profile and I want it fixed immediately. Id no ********** 911087. I never upgraded any contract.
On 17/11/17 I went to the shop to buy a SMEG stove and cooker which I signed a quote for, paid for and expect delivery thereof today. Yesterday I was told that the colour which I was promised is no longer available and I compromised for alternative, today I'm told that I was quoted on a wrong brand?? Who's fault is that, and again Drickers from the store is calling to tell me that I must be calm about this whole this and just top up the difference, am I being taken for granted? Am I being treated like a customer here? I don't think so, not of the managers with authority is even calling to acknowledge the mistake and try and resolve this at managerial level? I was specific about the brand I want and paid what was quoted to me, don't expect me to know your models. I still have a SMEG quote and expect the brand to be delivered . Wrong figures are not my problem
I put through a claim to king price insurance who then referred me to their approved panel beater Milano in Pretoria west, a silver AUDI A3 TDI, the insurance process went smooth with assistance from Mohamed who has been very helpful and professional, BUT yesterday on arrival to collect the car from the panel beater, my key holder was missing and with attitude I was told that they (panel beater)are not responsible for missing items in the car, ok I ignored that, after driving the car for about 10km the car then started licking oil which t me was and funny noise started coming out of the car, IF the car went for body works why was the bonnet opened and I noticed that some boats were not fastened properly, the car is currently at home packed because of the leaking oil and I'm not comfortable in taking my car back to them because I noticed that they tempered with lot of items in it, who should be held liable? I don't have any contractual binding agreement with Milano, is this what they do to people who bring their cars in for repair. I am totally dissatisfied and unhappy with them. what do I do because my car is stacked???
<p> ********** 2249 i have been an existing customer for direct axis for many years, and i'm totally not impressed with pathetic service i'm getting. my existing loan was settled and the debit order for R900 could not be revesed as it was too late, i understood that, but from the2nd of this month i've been following up about the money that was debited on the 27th and Shaneez Bean told me she logged a refund request, to my suprise when i call today after 7 days Lulamile Lekoyama made me aware that its only now that the request has been logged by himself and i have to wait for days to come as well.. can someone tell me whats happening ... i dont have time to wait..i want my money and ASAP..i'm tired of waiting please</p>
<p>I currently have a business account with FNB and my Bank card was stolen with my hand bag, i was never aware that the card was inside the bag as i had my wallet and assumed all my cards are in there, then i got a call from one of the consultanct who advised that the account is overdrawn and i immediately asked her to diactivate the card which she did, all tooll gates transaction happened at the same spot since the card was lost, they amountedto at least R200.00 but to my suprise the bank charged me over R4 000 of bank charges for that even though i reported a fradulent matter after the call, and what suprise me is the they chose the reverse some of those charges (as they say and which has still not happened) and expect me to pay the R4000 of those bank charges and other transaction. please tell me who can pay R4000 of bank charges, what a day light robbery to a customer, can someone please relook into this day linght robery to a client and tell me how fair it this. i don't have R4000 to pay bank charges for fradulent transactions which amounts to at least R200. i am still shocked by what the bank is expecting from me. my ID number is ********** 668086</p>
I would like to lodge a formal complaint with Fone-choice deducting money in my account for something which I don't have (this is going to be a 3rd month now)<br> How disappointing this is for a loyal customer to be treated so unfairly <br> My tablet (OMGA) was taken from me on the 5th of December since I had a problem with it <br> I've made several phone calls and have been getting false promises from the consultants <br> <br> I want to know how much money you want from me as this is illegal that I pay for something I don't have <br> Because I really want nothing to do with you guys but to cancel my contract for that tablet and you just keep it there<br> The only way I can continue with you guys is if someone can constructively explain to me what's gonna happen to the money that you collected from me during the period I didn't have the device <br> <br> Disappointed customer <br>
