*****ulent transaction of R963.40 on my Discovery medical scheme Savings
If there was a rating below the 1st red star i was gonna use it :( I submitted my claim, they sent someone to do the assessment, then they went mute on me, the next thing, boom, sms telling me that the claim has been declined, after rating the zero they gave me a call and the guy who spoke to me wasnt friendly at all. He told me he is forwarding my complaint to the complaints department and till today, I am still waiting, no one has contacted me.
I dont have words to describe the bad service and lies i was fed by this affinity health, Wiseman sold me this plan, assuring me that its a combined i have doctors consultations, pharmacy dispatched and hospital plan, little did i know they are just milking money out of my pocket, i had an emergency last night, they couldn't pay for casualty, couldnt even get medication from the pharmacy, i had to pay cash for my medication and there i thought i took i am covered with what i am paying for. The consultants are rude, I want that plan cancelled ASAP. Pathetic service and i want my money back they ve been debiting with no hassles but now come pay to pay dololo. I hate affinity, guys stay away from them they are scammers.
I have asked cell c to cancel my get more since 2018 and to my surprise when i went for an upgrade on Sunday it shows that get more is still existing n my contract. The customer care number keeps cutting my calls. They tell me they are transferring me and boom call cut. I have a problem, i just bought R600.00 electricity and i only got 131.80 units, which is more or less what i get when i buy my R200.00 electricity. I am a bit confused because i was trying to buy Electricity thats gonna last me a bit longer and i only got 131 units
A lady by the name of Comalita called me for an upgrade on Friday, she was so helpful and too friendly, i wasn't going to upgrade because i have been struggling to cancel my get it package for months now, she went out of her way to contact the get it department and made sure that she spoke to them to cancel my get it, she got sent from pillar to post but she was still patient to call all the numbers she was given to get through to the right person, she was way too friendly and helpful i decided to upgrade my contract. Thanks Comalita and i just wish South Africa needs someone like you in their customer service departments :) . I must say, this is the first time i have ever put the phone down with a smile after speaking to a Cell C customer service Consultant. Keep up the good work Comalita.
ABDUL KADER CHRISTIAN was very helpful this morning, i had car battery problems, he called the towing and transport services to come and help me, he confirmed to me that they will be at my place in 30 to 45 minutes, within 20 minutes they were at my place to assist me, and he kept checking on me if i am fine. Yes thats what i call a service with a smile. Thanks Discovery insure and a friendly consultant ABDUL KADER CHRISTIAN. Keep up the good work.

<p>I am on a contract where i am supposed to Pay R149.00 I got charged R155.00. and this is not the first time, the original contract was for R129.00 they overcharged me so we came ot an agreement that they wont let me pay for few months to cover what the overcharged me, and the aggreement wa that i will start paying R149.00 i have been payong R149.00 to my surprise today my debit gets to R155.00 and we ddint agree on that amount. Can someone please tell enlight me on whats happening because it looks like Cell C is taking advantage of me now.</p>
<p>I have a R100.00 voucher that i cant use, i am trying to order and everytime i press PLACE ORDER it backchats me about my payment not being complete and its a R99.90 order, this is the message i am getting " COULD NOT COMPLETE ORDER" "URL:, CODE EATS.VERIFY_PAYMENT_PROFILE_ERROR, MESSAGE, vISA -**** WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT THIS PAYMENT METHOD" I dont need to pay for this order of R99.90 because I have a free R100.00 voucher.</p>
