I bought a car battery from Motus Ford Paarden Eiland. They charged me for the old one with the conditions that I must bring it back to get my refund back. I have called, no response. I emailed. No respond. Instead they keep telling me that they’re going to respond, but never do. It’s 6 days of me calling and emailing, and still no response. I want my money ASAP. This is unacceptable.
I am emailing as a highly frustrated and disappointed customer. I have emailed and called Wesbank, but no one has given me a clear response. On 29 November 2025, I transferred R6000 to my Wesbank account towards my car payment and arrears. 10 December 2025, Wesbank deducted R5411, which is my normal instalment. I do not understand the double payment. Why did they deduct on 10 December when I paid 29 November? I have sent them emails and emails. I have called multiple times regarding a refund. I was told that I would get my refund within the week of 15 - 19 December. I have not received anything except for an email saying that my account is in advance of +R3000 and they will make a debit order payment of R5411, 1 Jan. I refuse to pay anything on the above date because they’ve already made a deduction on 10 December. It does not make sense to me to debit R5411, if my account is in advance by +R3000. Why not debit +R2000?
Generally go to the McDonald’s on Montague Drive and the service is mostly good. However, 24 October 2024, I was disappointed with the service and the slow response when I emailed. We ordered a breakfast wrap, sausage & egg Mc****in, and large fries. Everything was good except the Mc****in. It was not the one we ordered. We received one with sausage and what looked like a large has brown. I tired calling on the same day but got no response. Then I emailed. I received a case number. I have been waiting for a response since 24 October.
I made an online booking for 2 tickets for 12:15 on 1 July at Bayside Mall. However, my tickets have be rescheduled for Tuesday, 2 July at 12:30. I am unable to make this day, however, the system has automatically decided for me that Tuesday is the best day for me. I have called and left messages, no response. I’m on the phone with this number: 0861 movies (668437), for over 5 minutes, pressing whatever number I’m instructed to press. No answer. Only an automated response that repeats the same nonsense over and over until airtime runs out. I don’t know if this is a tactic to avoid dealing with customers or what. I then was given another number at Bayside Mall: 0870550018, which proved to be just as useless. “Press pound (#) to record your message or press star (*) for an operator.” Pressed star and this is the response I received, “voicemail deactivated for this call.” Then it hangs up. Where’s the operator? What is the purpose of these numbers or a customer care if there is no one to respond or pick up the calls. I’m extremely disappointed and unhappy with the service I have received from Ster-Kinekor. I would appreciate a refund because I can’t make the date and time assumed for me at Bayside Mall.
They deducted money out of my account which I didn’t agree to. I call them for a refund and did exactly what was asked of me in order to get an immediate refund. However, it has been 5 days and still get sent around when I call. I’d like them to pay me back immediately, as promised and I’m cancelling everything with them.

The service at the iStore in Cavendish is disgusting. Every time I have been there I have to wait over 15min to get any assistance. On Wednesday (7 April 2021) I was there to buy a phone on contract. The consultant told me that Vodacom was taking a while to get back to her and that it takes 24hrs to hear a response, so she will call me. That was Wednesday 7 April possibly around 14:30 - 15:00. It is now Friday (9 April 16:47) and I'm yet to hear anything from her. I had to call the Call Centre in order for them to put in a request for the consultant to call me, however, that also didn't work. I'm not sure if I don't know how to count 24hrs or what. But I am pretty sure I should've gotten a call as to whether or not Vodacom accepts the contract or not. Probably one of the worst services I have ever received.
Our fridge isn't working. A guy from Liptronics came to assess it on Saturday (01/09/18) & found that it needed a new motor. Paid R575 for a call out. He said he'd call on Monday with regards to a new motor; how much and when he'd be coming to fix. It now Tuesday (04/09/18). We still haven't heard anything from them. We called on Monday and said they'd call back...nothing. Called Tuesday morning and were told Niels/Nells would call us back...still waiting. My mother is on insulin and needs the fridge. The customer service is nonsense. Samsung needs to drop them as partners. This is unacceptable. At least call and let the people know what is going on, and if you say you're calling back then call back. Is the motor available or not? What the hell is going on? Can we get our money back for this ****py service? Is it because we're in a black community that you're taking this long? I'm really ****ed off. This is ridiculous?!!!
I applied for a SACE certificate at the beginning of June. However, it is now October and I have not yet received my certificate and number. Without this I am unable to apply for jobs as a teacher. I desperately need the certificate so that I can apply. I have missed out on numerous opportunities. I urgently need this.<br> <br> It should not be taking this long to mail an important document to someone, especially if their future depends on it. I feel as though if one does not reside in Pretoria, where the office is, they are at a disadvantage and cannot get their certificate done as soon as they drop it off, which is what the website says they do in some cases.<br> <br> I urgently need that certificate.
A friend and I (both women) were sitting at the bar waiting for a table. A black bartender approaches us trying to make conversation but was disrespectful. He was trying to hit on my friend but got no response. He then asked about our relationship and whether or not we were dating, and who is the \man"in the relationship. He was not the one serving us so I don't understand his need to talk to us. I find this to be very rude as our sexual orientation and whether or not my friend and I are dating is none of his business.
