Are they hiding behind technology so we can't interact with a human representative ever again? When trying to lodge a complaint there is no way to actually speak to someone.
If I could give them negative stars I would! I've been complaining to both Charmaine and Frans about a specific unit always hosting extremely loud parties to no avail. They have been terrorizing the neighborhood for years with nothing being done by the body corporate - macprop. Absolutely useless
Noise complaints to both Charmaine from Centurion office and Frans the General Manager (according to his email signature) have fallen on deaf ears. We live across from one of the complexes and have to endure extremely loud, obscene music from early afternoon until late in the evening. I have called Charmaine, she blocked me. I have sent numerous emails to Frans and others, they never respond. It would seem these people are a law unto themselves and untouchable.
Trying to get hold of PG Glass Centurion telephonically is apparently impossible! I have tried two days in a row now and have been on hold for more than 10+ minutes each time I try. How do I make an appointment if I never get hold of ANYONE on their line???????????
I started an online chat with Terese Emmanuel at 11:32 today (22 Aug). It is now 12:00 exactly and the last response from her was at 11:33... I am still on the chat, maybe she gets back to me before close of business today. Does anyone want to take that bet? ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!
I would like to give the highest commendation to Rogz SA, but especially Janet Mendez for her flawless customer service! I had a complaint on Tuesday 23 July 2019 and by Thursday 25 July 2019 (after some emails) she had sorted everything out beyond my expectations! So, Thank you Janet, from the bottom of my (and Bhālū's) heart! You are a star!!!
So it turns out that being hospitalized at a mental clinic (with authorization) doesn't then include the in-hospital benefit for physiotherapy (because back spasms have NOTHING to do with stress and mental health!!)... It was changed for the year 2018, apparently. So, in all honesty people, rather have your own credit card for medical use and just get a hospital plan because these medical aids are ripping us off!!!!!
I have been on hold long enough to search and write a complaint on the miway page, login on hellopeter, google synonyms for "ad nauseum", "infinite", "exasperated" and a few that I probably shouldn't write here... I called miway a week ago to complain about centurion panelbeaters (where they sent my car to be repaired, and no, I can't write a complaint about THEM because they're so small they don't even have a website!!!!!!) with promises that someone would follow up and call me back, NO ONE DID BIG SURPRISE!!! And now I'm on hold (still) while they search for someone who can deal with questions???? What the hell miway????? Anyway, I guess this helped me resolve to look for a new insurer, so that's a positive.
