I placed an order for a camera & battery on 27 Nov, 2 days later on 29 Nov I received it in Joburg - hassle free shopping. I'll definitely be using Cameraworld Bellville again, well done, keep it up....

The last 3 CONSECUTIVE times I ordered Whack Wednesday at Steers in Undloti has been disastrous. It takes forever to get my burgers, queues galore and worst of all my order gets forgotten in the “system”.... Pathetic. Never again. I’d rather pay full price at Burger King....there you get service !!!
<p>I bought goods online for the first time with Incredible Connection, taking full advantage of the Black Friday special offers.</p> <p>I ordered various items, which they all arrived on time - can't fault you on this.</p> <p>My issue has to do with the AFTER SALES support where there is no follow up, 1000 apologies when I phone requesting updates and endless promises this will be escalated to mgmt. Well 2 weeks (yes over 12 working days later), still nothing...when I was told would take 24 hrs MAX.</p> <p>The promo offer during Black Friday when purchasing a Lexar 32GB flash drive for R199, said I would receive a free 16GB flash drive - for mahala...</p> <p>When I received the goods, the free item was not there!!! I knew this would happen as the order form does NOT specify the free item, and I cannot access the Black Friday specials online as it has been removed. I have phoned so many times and no one can help. Your caall centre is just that - a call centre to take customer calls, but they have no authority or even know how to resolve a problem immediately.</p> <p>I have been shafted, done in, and cheated in thinking I was getting a promotional offer, meanwhile it was a advertising gimmik by Incredible "Rip-Off".....</p> <p>I'm returning the flash drive as I can get a 32GB cheaper than R199. It's the last time I'll ever buy from Incredible "Rip-Off"....</p>
<p>I'm sick & tired of chasing between Nedbank claims dept and the appointed Nedbank contractor (who is just as useless as Nedbank). My claim C ********** 54184</p> <p>I have to be the one doing YOUR work. It has been 3 weeks since my pool has nor been working. Contractor claims repoirt sent to Nedbank for approval, Nedbank claims they haven't received it - and that's where it stops.</p> <p>No one bothers to follow up, I''m overseas trying to sort this out between meetings and paying high roaming costs.</p> <p>I'm tired, diaappointed, exhausted and thoiught the point of oinsurance was to remove this burden from me - cleartly not, I work pro bono for Nedbank.</p> <p>I'm a prestige customer - we guess what, no longer. Simply disappointed after being.........</p>
<p>How long does it take to purchase & load 16 Lintels on a bakkie? Let me tell you an incredible 2h30m !!!! Pathetic... I cannot isolate a specific department that performed better, as it starts right from the quotation supplied at the contractors desk, to the person responsible for the picking of the product in the yard, to the issuing of the gate pass and finally the checking of teh gate pass - all equally at the same level !!!! I have a total of 4 slips for a single purchase, all because there is stock, then there isn't, then there is, then there isn't - I'm at a loss for words. Get yourselves organised !!!!</p> <p>Then pick up slips I had from a previous purchase are mislayed & thrown away, as it is no longer valid as the "system" says it is invalid so they cannot issue the product & gate pass - and that's that !!! Tear you hair out at this point. It seems there is a "destruction list" for slips exceeding 21 days and this process is relatively quick to sort out, provided you have 45 minutes of your valuable time !!! I cannot afford to wait almost 3 hours because of your innefficiency given innacurate stock levels and constraints on system applications....</p> <p>Well Done Builders Newmarket. Fantastic customer service, with no sense of urgency until I have to literally create a scene to get things moving. Good bye Builders, Hello Built-It......</p>
<p>We live in Johannesburg and went on holiday to Durban. My daughter left her school books behind (I still wonder whether it was intentional, LOL). I contacted known leading courier companies and what a mission to sort this out and also EXPENSIVE. Fastway was able to resolve my problem in 5 minutes, totally hassle free, advising how it will be done, when it will be delivered, VERY COMPETITIVE and keeping me informed all the time. Sometimes cheap works out expensive - not with Fastway!!! Thank you Fastway, especially Lucky in Umhlanga and Ashlynn in Durban branch - you guys rock. The parcel was collected in Umdloti at 15h00 on Mon 11 Jul 2016 and was delivered in JHB on Tues 12 July @ 08h00 - WOW. Thank you!!!!!</p>

That's all.<br> It has taken nearly 2 days to ask for this and still NOT RESOLVED.<br> Case Ref 5052501975 and now 5052603088<br> Please please please help me !!!<br> I have been speaking to Lesego Mathambeka and she tries to help she cannot as it's another dept etc. I get SMS's for me to phone Lesego & be transferred only to be told that Call Centre cannnot transfer me.<br> Feel free to listen to the voice recordings (I really hope you do....)<br> How then must I speak to Lesego if she's the one dealing with my issue and no one can transfer me to her?<br> I need the SIM swop done URGENTLY.<br> Please also advise me what the cancellation procedure & costs are if I choose to cancel the contract, as I'm at this point where I want to transfer to MTN (number portability), who deal wiith my SIM swops, roaming requests etc within 5 minutes flat, and are VERY HELPFUL & friendly.<br> Perhaps it's because I spend over R3000 with MTN and a measly R250 with Cell C?<br> I've been with Cell C for over 12 years.
