We had a pleasant experience from Mthobisi in the Durban branch who was very knowledgeable and gave us guidance on buying beds. Also Victor and Mbo were quick with delivery and helpful with with the bed set up.
BMA assisted me greatly when the father of my minor daughter refused to provide consent for her to emigrate with me to Australia. I received a job offer in Australia and had tried every trick in the book to convince him to sign for consent, I even liaised with a few law firms in JHB regarding who couldn't provide me to tangible advise or timeframes. Once I consulted with BMA it was smooth sailing up to the end. They provided me with feedback every single step of the way (I didn't even contact them once for an update) and their service overall was really commendable!(they made me feel like I was their only client and that, all that mattered to them was my matter). I highly recommend BMA for anyone looking to emigrate and needing consent for their minor. They were so thorough and professional when handling my matter, so much so, that they wrapped up my entire process speedily (including an objection and several letters ignored by the dad) - High Court Order, signed sealed and delivered. Thank you so very much, Sharusha and Dean, your service is really worth writing home about!!
Excellent service from Herman Wolke at ET Nice Port Elizabeth. He is so knowledgeable and literally walked me through a problem on my ET Electric Garage system, that was making a real problem to me. He walked me through this step by step, it didn't even take five minutes and system was working 100%, he even stayed on the line to have me test one more time to ensure that is was working fine. All this at no cost, absolutely free support from them. I would reccomend anyone wanting to install automation systems to the gates/garage etc to first look at ET Nice products as their after sales service is great!!
Terrible job absolutely TERRIBLE. I would not recommend their services unless you have a lot more money to get new contractors to fix the damage they cause.
Terrible experience. Workers are not qualified and company NOT registered even though owner Aubrey Makata claims that they are. They did a terrible job on renovations and even used an unqualified electrician (globes keep bursting after their work). Promised to come back and fix damages to home, now Aubrey the owner is not reachable and not returning any calls. Make sure to use company registered and check with NHBRC prior to any payments.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AN OVERNIGHT DELIVERY TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE WITH ADMISSION ONLY 4 DAYS LATER THAT MY PACKAGE IS ACTUALLY LOST. TRYING TO GET A REFUND DOESN'T SEEM TO BE HAPPENING. TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH A TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHIC!!!
<p>I would never recommend anyone use Supa Quick Constantia Kloof. They have unqualified staff and do not take responsibility for their mess!! I took my vehicle to them in July of this year to fit Munroe Shocks, this ended up being such an issue as my car was making strange noises after, took car back and they sorted this . I've been using this branch for years with no problem so ended up back on 13th December just to check that all was ok for a long road. They said all was fine, although they would just balance and align tyres. Just from this I have had to part with my car for 3 days with no courtesy lift etc. non the less they have messed up so much that the Manager ended up blaming the shocks until i've told them they fitted it and then the next excuse was that I recently fitted brakes which I didn't this was done months ago. So then the Manager just had to opt for the dealership who serviced my car a month ago as they cannot take any responsibility. No refund nothing. Just terrible service. I actually regret going to this place again. PS they made it so painful that Mohammed said he would call me when vehicle was ready on 16th December holiday. I called at 12h15 just to find out being a public holiday what time they close - he said they closing in 15 min ?? When I asked whether vehicle ready and why I didn't get a call to collect vehicle - he's response - "we waiting for you to collect vehicle" Ownership, responsibility, expertise and professionalism do not exist in this branch!! I would not recommend anyone to waste their money and time here!! </p>
<p>Paul is very thorough and ensured that I knew all the details about my policy. Also very friendly and made the long time on the phone seem much shorter with his good sense of humour!! </p>
<p>Excellent Service recieved from Gregory Johnson. Fast, and there was a problem with fitment, he came out immediately to check and sort problem out, I would recommend Glasfit anyday over PG Glass! Keep it up and retain your good staff.</p>
<p>Absolutely Pathetic Service from Sandra. I drove all the way to Midrand to order a bed with linen and pillows. Recieved a quote for a bed only although continued with transaction. Paid for the bed within 24hours as Sandra said as soon as I've paid bed will be ordered. Was promised a wait of 7to10 days on 10th day i contacted her to find out what was happening. She didn't respond to 2 of my emails following up and eventually when I called said that bed would only be delivered afer about another 7 days. I asked for a refund and then was told she could throw in 2 free pilows! I didn't need FREEBIES!! I ordered pillows as well which was not quoted for!! I went to your warehouse for a BED and waited patiently for nothing. Worse was when she said that she doesn't know when i will recieve my refund!!! Would not recommend to anyone! Dial a Bed sells same beds and i'm getting it for a whole R1000.00 cheaper guaranteed delivery of 3 working days!!! </p>
