It saddens me to leave this review,however my husband and I spotted an advert from their preowned vehicles for a suzuki going for about R139k,we call to check for availability and they say yes its available,we head to the dealer,we test drive and we tell them we like it,we want it. We apply for finance through their F&I and she comes back with approvals,we pick the best option and upon arrangements for signing and delivery,they tell us the increasing the price of the car because they falsely advertised it initially. Long story short, they tell us take it or leave it, after all that trouble of driving there and applications with all banks.
Good day I have been living in an estate (Southgate Ridge estate)managed by IHS Property management. I have been struggling with the accounts department. They once over billed me on my water bill and because the account was running on a debit they had to credit me that money back. After confirming that they have over billed me they said that the money would be credited to the IHS Account and that my next rent payment will be excluding the owing amount. This did not happen, so I cancelled the debit option and opted for deposit. When I spoke to their consultant David, he said I should ignore the extra amount on my my statement and just pay the water bill and rent only. I have since been getting torturing sms's threatening the effect on my credit record. I have complained timeously about this and it has still not being fixed. When I call and query this they tell me that they are working on it and that it is a systems issue they have.I spoke to another accounts lady (Thuli / Thandeka)who promised to send me something in writing that confirmed that I do not owe them but still to this day she has not sent it. I have been complaining for over 4 months now. I have never been a bad payer and if this is affecting my current great credit score then I will have no choice but to fight this legally. I just got one of those revolting sms's a few seconds ago. I NEED THIS TO STOP! IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM THAT YOU HAVE A SYSTEMS ISSUE YOU CANNoT TORTURE ME LIKE THIS.
<p>I have never experienced such disrespectful customer service,from someone who claims to be a manager at the time. I spoke to a lady by the name of Siya who processed my order and gave me my total without a delivery fee, she calls me back a few minutes later to tell me they will charger me a delivery fee, so I questioned it because I have never been charged a delivery fee with my previous orders which are both online and telephonic. Siya then gave the manager (beauty) the phone to speak to me and all she did waa disrespect me and tell me that I am just trying to be difficult,she then attackingly kept on saying should we process or cancel this order,while I was trying to get her name. She cancelled my order after she gave me her name and hung up on me. I ORDERED A R300 MEAL and she clearly believes that I cannot afford R10 more? I told her I am merely asking because it has never been charged to me before. I will never order from that store ever!</p> <p> </p>
<p>I bought a cheese quarter pounder with pepperdew while on drive through and to my surprise when I got home my burger was missing a patty. I live a little far from the franchise so I decided to call in about my problem. I asked to speak to a manager and she was very friendly, her name is Bongiwe, she made sure to send a driver to bring me a proper burger even though I lived out of their geographical limits to delivering.</p> <p>I was very pleased with her customer service.</p>
I called into the contracts customer service line and an agent by the name of Nkosinathi Masondo answered to assist. My query was related to the migration of my number from contract to prepaid, which I have been trying to get done from end of January already. Nkosinathi informs me that the migration was done as of today. I ask him to confirm if any debit is going to run from my account and he states that he is not able to check that information but he will then email the retentions department and get back to me tomorrow (17 Feb 2016).now because I know that I may not be able to follow up with him tomorrow due to the fact that,when calling a call centre you speak to different people all the time; I then ask him to give me his manager's email address so that I may have a point of contact;he bluntly and rudely refused,continued to arrogantly argue with me and then cut the call.<br> He let it slip that his supervisor is Ofentse Molale and his manager is Brenda (the surname is unknown according to him).<br> I tried to tell him that how he is treating me is not inline with \TCF\" which is treating customers fairly and again he told me not to inform him of that.<br> MTN MUST SHUT IT'S DOORS,CLEARLY!!"
So I recieve a phone call today at 12:25 from a number 011 6079820 on the 14th of this month,the lady goes on to remind me about my posted comment on hello peter,she does not even introduce herself she just explains that my complain is null and void because according to her the accessories do not come with the item and further explains that the consultant forgot to tell me,however as per manual I am to recieve these items upon purchase. Now...I establish that she is trying to tell me I am being STUPID so then I ask if she is calling to solve my problem or not- she blatantly answers \NO!"and so I said \""Thank you\"" and Hung up!!!<br> I have never been so aggrevated by such disrespect coming from retailers...I don't know who that White Lady was but House & home is in trouble to have such employees."""
I arrived at the store looking for an LG sound bar and the store had the item on display,I asked to buy one, the sales consultant went to the back to get me one but instead came back to tell me that they are out of stock and the only one available is the one on display.i was given a choice of either taking a different brand or the one on display,I opted for the one on display,they offered me no discount and no gift for the used item. I then asked to see the Branch manager hoping that she would be fair enough to make me a fair deal but she was at no point of interest to my concern. After a long period of thought, I decided to take the item as it was on the same price because of my desperation. NOW, to my surprise after paying the full price,the item is being given to me without it's original packaging (the box), they instead wrapped it in that safety bubble like plastic and gave it to me,I did enquire about the packaging and they told me they throw away the boxes after opening the items for display. With utter dissapointment I walk out of the store. I get home to set up and I find that accessories are missing,2 batteries,1 optical cable,2 screws & 2 wall brackets. What now???!!!!???
My partner and I were standing in a queue for card payments following another couple in-front of us being assisted by Irene. When we reached the front of the till she moved away from us and we didn't get help for atleast 5minutes.Eventually another lady ask's us if we have been assisted yet and we responded \no"she then asked if we are using card payments"
