I have booked at Cabanas Beach resort in Umhlanga for my birthday and I regret staying there, staff so unfriendly,not to mention a security guy by the name of Josiah who claims to be a resort manager but he's a supervisor to the guards,this guy made my stay so unpleasant he treated me and my husband so unfair,he was so rude to us,on the 1st day he refused us to access the pool claiming that we are making noise,the second say he came straight in our room while we were chilling at the balcony,he literally forced himself in our room claiming that we are making noise and he's not going to leave my room until I switch off the TV, i was so scared and that situation made me so uncomfortable as if he wanted to slap me. my stay at the resort was an unpleasant stay for us,they treat black people like ****. I will stay in this resort ever again.
Bad service and experience I got to receive from Beares Tembisa Mall branch to their head office,last month I made a purchase of a bedroom suites that took a week to be delivered,on the time of assembly that also took another week, after I called them a million times I have realised that the headboard and the pedestal mirror was broken and immediately I reported the matter with the manager and even today the matter is not resolved, I even contacted their head office still nothing happened.. I'm stuck here with a broken headboard. the worst part of it is that the manager will never call me atleast and give an update I'm the one who will always call her to follow up...Today they have debited my account and the debit order was authorised for the 31st, I called the very same manager to check for me why the debit order went through today and not end of the month even now she hasn't called me back as promised.. Beares can you please come get your furniture and refund back my money I want nothing to do with you.
Makro still haven't received my refund it's been 2 weeks now.
It's been 2 weeks now waiting for Makro to refund the order that I have cancelled they are now telling me that the order cannot be cancelled from their side what kind of **** is this, the failed to deliver my order now they are failing to pay back my money I have been in contact with them since last week with no luck,the keep on saying they're escalating the matter everyday when I call them.
Game is now taking me back and forth with my device last year December on the 4th I bought a Redmi Android and only used I for a month then it went off and didn't switch on ever again,I took the phone to to Game Mall of Africa for repairs till this date its not repaired I have been getting communication from the supply saying they're waiting for the parts it's been almost a whole month now without a phone,When I call the store and ask to speak to the store manager they make me hold for forever and they end up hanging up on me.. Now the challenge is that I can't insure my phone because it's over 30 days now...
So on the 5th of August around 6pm I went to KFC John Voster in Centurion to get some meal for my family which I paid R300.70, right when I get home I started preparing food for my family I noticed that the meat was not looking good and had a bad smell and the pieces were dry and off, immediately I took back the meat to the bucket put it away and I emailed KFC notifying them with the kind of a service I got and the next day they rep**** to my email asking for information that was on the proof of payment I gave them everything they wanted. Yesterday I received an SMS stating that my case is been closed I need to contact them. okay I called them last night to find out why was my case been closed without me knowing and one of the customer service consultant promised to call me back and never got back to me. today I called again to follow up with them and only to find out that they can't help me any further I was supposed to take back the food to the store within 24 hours if I wasn't happy I mean why are they only telling me that 8 days later after the Incident,and how do I return the food to the store whilst I stay 30 minutes away from the store at my expense even...Why are they selling rotten food to the customers and expect customers to return back the food do they even consider safety and health matters what if the food had food poisoning because the meat was off. I'm so angry and disappointed at KFC unfair treatment to their customers
I have subscribed with this service provider,they came today to install the device and sent me an email stating that the wife is active all I need to do is to add it to my devices been waiting for them to send me my username, password and my wife name with no luck it's been more than 5 hours now ,tried calling their offices they're taking me from pillar to post I'm so ****ed off because I don't owe them anything I feel like I paid for something that I can't use...#RIPPEDOFF
I was promised a 3 months free trial for virility when I joined the medical in July 2023, in August 2023 I sent and e-mail asking for my subscription to be cancelled the email was sent to the same lady by the name of Babalwa who assisted me with my medical aid, 2 months later I'm still getting communication that I need to pay for the vitality now I'm being told that I owe for 3 months,when I call the cancellation department I spoke to the guy by the name of Lifa who was full of himself,very arrogant and disrespectful, I tried taking this matter to his superior still up to this date the matter has been not resolved they're taking me back and forth it's seems as if this matter won't be resolved because no one is saying anything to me I'm the one who's busy following up with no luck...How can I pay for a subscription that was supposed to be cancelled, now I'm being billed because of their lazy consultant who didn't do their job properly I'm the one who must take the knock ,the very same Lifa guy told me that unfortunately I'll have to pay there's nothing he can help me with , honestly this is so unfair and unprofessional even thinking of cancelling my medical aid with them.
I bought bakery equipment from them that costs R50 000 which was in 2019 for a project I wanted to start, the equipment was delivered in October 2019 unfortunately I didn't open all of the equipment because I was still busy building a bakery so last year when I was about to open then covid happened I couldn't open till late last year when the lockdown was lifted that's when I have discovered that the 20L cake mixer was not brand new it looks 20 years older, outside the mixer was painted now the paint is peeling of and there's rust all over the mixer it's not working properly,when I call them they told me it was out of warranty therefore there's nothing they could do but I imform them that they have delivered an old mixer whilst I've paid almost 10k for a brand new mixer my heart is bleeding because now I'm struggling to take lots of orders business wise due to the fact that I don't have a mixer,I'm tired dealing with them as I feel that I was robbed and no one is willing to help
Been in contact with this company for over a month now regarding their wrong billing without any help,I even reviewed them on this platform and they responded privately promising to attend to my matter but still nothing happened, so now they have decides to disconnect saying I should pay them and I'm not owing them anything instead they wrong billed me...honestly I'm so fedup with them and their billing department.
