I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. Awesome service from Sibongile would really recommend King Price
Very frustrating services like they just return your order back to the warehouse without ever talking but on the daily sent messages that your order is on the way you miss work. My order was supposed to reach me before valentines but I am still waiting. Really unprofessional and would never ever recommend them. Now they don't even pick up my calls you can't even pick up unreliable
I am really disappointed with Martinique they double debited my account in June 😒 and didn't want to pay back my money. This put me in a financial strain, sent them numerous emails with no clear responses from them. First email indicated I will get my money following up emails indicated otherwise till they just ignored me. They shifted the fault to the caretaker wouldn't really recommend them as property management for units unfortunately. Simple thing of changing Email address was a mission and a half for them.
I really have a problem of cliental Legal debiting my account before time. My debit order date is on the 15 but they debited my account today on the 11th leaving my account on negative. I REALLY FIND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UTTERLY DISGUSTING! Tired calling and they said they got a stuff function
I subscribed on acrobat.adobe.com to be able to edit my PDF documents online and it says first month is free trial. Because I was desperate at that stage I subscribed but they started debiting my account with immediate effect almost every day debit it everyday. unsubscribing is a mission when I unsubscribed they debited R952,41. the other month it was 239,4. they are running a scam
Disappointed I really don"t understand how come standard bank does not have an options for reversing and blocking unauthorized debit orders on their App. I mean bank that came yesterday like Capitec Bank that allows such function own your own and you don't have to consult the bank. it really disappointing to say the least and regret leaving my former bank for Standard bank. NOT TO EVEN MENTION LIKE HOW COME BANKS DON'T PROTECT US FROM THESE SCAMS ANYWAYS
I was involved in a car accident, so as a MiWay customer I remembered you can put a claim via their app...what they dont specify is that the form is not easy to complete at just one go. because they even ask the details about your previous accident with your previous insurer. to cut the story short I couldn't finish completing the form cos I had to be in class as well..so i got a call while I was in class but couldn't respond. when i responded later was taken to pillar and post no clear answers as what to do to proceed with my claim called about 3 agents who said they will come back to me. been waiting for them to come back to me ever since. but when i wanted joined last year they called me about 5 times a day. NOT REALLY IMPRESSED
had an inquiry about my dad policy (provident fund policy)with his consent,which was suppose to pay a large amount and did not instead paid out a little amount. and mind you my dad is going on pension got a lot of debt to settle you could imagine his frustrations and his money was suppose to have pay out on the 20/03/15. instead his been taken from pillar to post to get what due to him and old mutual claiming they have paid the money . <br> <br> I was transferred from pillar to post without being helped up until I finished my whole 70 rand airtime and then I was told that I wont be helped without a written consent from my father, (\whose illiterate)without being told alternative options because I am currently in Pretoria and my dad is in KZN.
