I visited MTN shop on Saturday to blacklist a ****** phone and I was told that I am unable to obtain an ITC number because they must whitelist the phone. I was asked to call on Sunday and when I called was told that the phone was never blacklisted and they cannot help me because of the system issue. I called again on Monday (15 September 2025) was told the phone was not blacklisted and they must restart the process again and they will send the ITC number via SMS. Tuesday (16 September 2025) I called and was told that the phone was never blacklisted and they must restart the process again. This is really ridiculous and not treating your customers fairly.
I would like to thank Beauty and her team for the best service rendered to us. We traveled to Thailand, Malaysia and Bali from the 22nd of May to 03rd of June 2025 with my friend. Bad customer services I called last year to request for tracker certificate so I can send confirmation to the insurance company to date I have not received anything. There were issues with the tracking devices, they had promised that they will send a technician to fix even today still waiting. Yesterday I called to cancel the tracker they told me that I took a 3 years contract which was not explained to me no did I sign the contract. I asked for them to send me the signed agreement to date I have not received the signed agreement. I am even asking myself if this is a legit business because I have never seen such unprofessional environment. I am really going to report this to the ombudsman.
I placed an online order on 28 November. The parcel should have been delivered on 3 December. Up to now I cannot get any answers from your online department or response from the emails. I think this should be reported to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
Vodacom has over billed me and when I called they advised that there is an error on the invoice but when I called the billing department to rectify the issue my call is directed to a chatbot that is not even helping with the query. This is really ridiculous and frustrating because how can you make a mistake on the invoice and when this must be rectified I am not getting any help. I guess I have to refer the matter to the ombud.
Bad Customer Services I have been calling to request for Certificate for the insurance and to date I have not received. I am tired of calling them. I will have to get another tracker.
Bad customer service. I have been calling regarding our outage since 11 and the consultant have been putting me on hold and call end up dropping. Horrible customer services and incident support services bad.

Every month we are experiencing network issues and it seems like they are not investigating on the root cause so they can implement corrective measures to address our issue. This week we had 3 days of down service. I have been calling morning and evening still not sorted. Called before 7pm and consultant promised to call me back and no one called. This is ridiculous because we are using the wifi for work purposes. We might need to move to another service providers.
I have been calling vodacom since Monday about a contract that was sold me to unethically by the sales agent who lied about me getting a voucher and account debited month of Feb and my account was debited today and they have been saying they are going to escalate with the company and only to find out this morning when I followed no escalation email sent to third party sales company Mondo. This is really unacceptable and we are not even provided reference numbers to track because they know that they lie to us over the phone and you are unable to trace.
