Vox conveniently keeps removing my reviews, yet problem still not sorted out Vox overcharging us for 3rd month now again!!! YOLANDI in accounts fix this 3RD REVIEW IM LEAVING AND VOX JUST REMOVES MY REVIEWS. Again 3RD MONTH OF OVERCHARGING US FOR A HIGHER PACKAGE. SPOKE TO YOLANDI IN ACCOUNT, SHE SAID SHE WILL PHONE MY DON AS HOS THE ACCOUNT HOLDER. VOX YOU ACTUALLY OWE US A MONTH OF WIFI BY OVERCHARGING US AND ALL YOU SAY IS WE WILL PHONE THE ACCOUNT HOLDER, WHICH THEY DINT OR THEY SAY THEY WILL CORRECT IT BUT DONT. So disappointed in VOX, going onto 2 months, we downgraded our package and yet still being charged for the higher package. Emails and WhatsApps up and down and nothing. Refund us for the 2 months we are been overcharged with. Account in my son's name but Vox just ignored this issue . Very disappointed
What an awful experience with Michael Venter for ZA Properties. So rude and arrogant. He Knew prior to letting us view my credit score was low and I was going to pay for a year upfront. I paid the R300 they request before application. Michael Venter said we won't qualify but will speak to the owner as we are paying the rental amount for a year in advance. Knowing full well we wont qualify but promised to speak to owner, which of course he said he cant after been declined. False hope and pretences. Are times so tough for him he needs to take R300 and lie to clients. Extremely unprofessional, I landed up swearing at him, for speaking to me like he did. Then his whatsapp message said they reason we didn't get it is because my son has 2 judgements against him and in the credit report, he sent it was not true, on all the credit Barua's, so he **** in writing and according to the office "he made a mistake". This agent straight out **** about everything. I will be reporting this behavior. I have asked Debbie (that is Michaels boss) for a refund of R300 as he knew full well, we did not qualify, and I sent the whatsapp from Michael Venter lying about the judgements.
Terrible service. Only bn two months and insisting we pay for February now and suspended service. Debit order set up for 26th of each month. Connection is never stable either. Emails back and forth. So sorry we moved to vox
SHOCKING SERVICE!. THE GENERAL MANAGER ASSURED ME I WILL HAVE MY PARCEL DELIVERED TODAY. IF I DID NOT FOLLOW UP WITH THEN AT 4PM TO ASL WHERE MY PARCEL IS THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BOTHETED TO ENLIGHTEN ME IT WONT BE DELIVERED TODAY. CLEARLY FASTWAY COURIERS (MANAGEMENT) DOES NOT CARE OF THERE POOR SERVICE DRLIVERY IR REPUTATION. I WILL NEVER ORDER FTOM TEMU AGAIN BECAUSE OF FASTWAY. THIS WAS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FIR TOMORROW AND THANK YOU FASTWAY COURIERS IN KEMPTON PARK FOR MESSING THAT UP. Disgusting service and attitude. Do not keep to theire promises to delivery. Tell you the will phone ypu back in ten minutes, going into an hour. They just do not care. Phoned head office. Pet Haven unfortunately will lose our business due to the courier.
FNB can not tell me what this Declined foreign T479012*9530 for R8.00 is, It goes off daily and this month it adds up to over R300.00 and FNB will not refund me!!!!
Standard bank legal handed me over to attorneys for arrears. I have made payment arrangements with the attorneys. Now Standard sends an email that they will call me in connection with repossession. The departments do not communicate and Standard Bank says one thing and does other thing. Very unprofessional and surely they should know as the attorneys have communicated with Standard bank. When you call they say one thing, then the next department says another thing. They say they will call but they dont
We all fall on hard times. Standard Bank vehicle will not Reinstate debt review, completed the on line payment arrangements, two days ago, no response. So for R15 000 they will reposses car. That's fine as they lose money too. Thank goodness I moved to another bank for my daily banking. Standard Bank will just not even try to negotiate. Let them reposse car.
