Dealing with Dixon at End Loadshedding was an easy and painless process. Of the roughly 12 quotes I requested, End Loadshedding came in with the best price. Installation was quick and neat, and I am happy with my purchase.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Sterling Auto and I haven't got a single bad thing to say. The salesman, Frans, was friendly and professional and went out of his way. Morne at financial was also friendly and professional and also assisted me in record time. Sterling Auto's cars are well looked after and I look forward to many piece of mind Km's in my new car.
On Friday 10 June my package that I ordered through FNB was supposed to be delivered. In the morning of 10 June I received a call from RAM stating that my package was on the way. I stated that my wife will be receiving the package on my behalf and that she did have a copy of my ID on hand and RAM stated that this would not be a problem. Friday came and went and no package was delivered! On Monday 13 June I got the same message saying that my package is on its way. Later in the morning I got the call from the driver saying she is outside my wife's work. I told her my wife would be receiving the package and the driver refused to deliver the package because I was not there to collect it in person even though arrangements were made on Friday. This is also the same driver that said she tried to contact me on Friday for delivery but could not get hold of me. This is a blatant lie as nobody tried to call me on Friday. I now had to phone FNB and arrange for my wife to be set up as a 3rd party receiver. I did this early in the morning and this information was sent through to RAM. Later the afternoon I followed up with FNB and they said everything was in order on their side but was not getting any feedback from RAM. So now another day went past without any sign or communication from RAM's side. This is by far the worst and unprofessional service I have come across from a courier company. Why FNB is still doing business with them is beyond me! I will never use RAM or recommend them to anyone. Oh and if someone from RAM does read this and actually decides to go through the trouble of getting back to their customers my order number is FNB917872>
I requested a call back from the King Price App. I didn't even get a chance to put my phone down when I received a call from Dieago Popple. Friendly, prompt and professional service. I couldn't ask for more. Keep it up King Price.

End of November I used I Moves SA to move by belongings from KZN to the North West. Not only were they a day late to pick up the move, upon arrival I noticed that they damaged some om my stuff. One thing they damaged was my pedestal fan. I notified Enock who was responsible for my move but to no avail. I have sent a lot of emails end phoned many times but no one seems to care. Very unprofessional!

I have bought a few things on takealot.com and I love it. They have great products at great prices and the always deliver on time, or even a day earlier. If i could be everything I need on takealot I would. Keep it up guys!

I upgraded to a Sony Xperia Z3 at the beginning of Feb 2015. I had the phone for a month when I realized that a certain part of the touch screen is unresponsive. I did not drop or damage the phone in any way and then proceeded to return the phone to the Vodacom shop I received it at. It was the Vodashop at Mall @ Carnival in Gauteng. My Sony was at repairs for almost 3 weeks. When I finally got it back I checked if the problem had been fixed right there in the shop and it hadn't. The phone was still not fixed. When I got my phone back no further assistance was offered to me, as matter of fact I stood in the shop for about 20 minutes before someone assisted me. I was then told to hand my phone in at a repairs shop in Lakeside mall, because they did not understand what the problem was when I explained it the first time. Now I'm going to be without a phone that I'm paying a lot of money for AGAIN, because someone didn't understand me the first time. Unacceptable!
