I have been receiving harassing SMS from Edgars regarding payment for an account with the name of: Gideon Johannes Meye (ACC: 7000100100003061215) I am not this person and how on earth would Edgars create an account for someone using a phone number without verifying the phone number I have had my phone number since 1997, it is an original Vodacom number which I have never recycled or changed Edgars go and find this person, it is not me and stop sending me messages regarding this persons account, I have never had an Edgars account
In August we had an issue with **** charges which was R71 (for account services and insurance) Game had never charged this before These charges were ongoing until the amount reached R218 and then stopped which leads me to believe that there was an unauthorized purchase on this account which is frozen and blocked since 2019, Game simply moved the purchase to "account fees and insurance" just to cover up I notified Game and RCS in August to close the account permanently they failed to do so, now they are threatening to send a collection agent and charge me double fees for collection This happened in 2019 which is why we froze the account, the collection agent told me in 2019 that it does not matter that there was unauthorized purchase on the account we still have to pay I say to you Game and RCS: PROVE TO ME THAT THE ACCOUNT IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED AND THEN I WILL PAY YOU R218 I dont want to hear or deal with Game or RCS ever again
A few years back we had our account frozen, blocked and card blocked and frozen to prevent ANYBODY including the OWNER of the account from purchasing ANYTHING from Game on this account The owner of this account is overseas for almost one year she will only return in 2025 despite all of this we had a purchase on this account and now owe Game R71.66 on this account This is ***** from within we are not going to pay Game one single cent
Just about 6 months ago we filed a claim for a damaged garage roof, our broker took 2 months to send the contractor to check the damage and invoice Santam the cost and it is now 4 months later and our broker has not updated us nor has there been any repairs done I suspect something fishy going on as the repair company invoiced Santan 19K for repair of 4 small strips of Zinc and 2 pieces of wood which is ridiculous and my broker is non responsive to any of my queries for an update on this claim
Online ordering is superb, if your nearest branch does not have stock they pull stock from another branch and they always call you before delivery with updates on your order. Very friendly, informative and they never make mistakes. 5 Stars!
Glenda Turpin a Customer Care Advisor is rude, obnoxious and thinks that she is a god and we are her slaves and must get on our knees and kiss her feet in order for her to sort out our complaints. Spar is garbage
Went to open a new account and was bumped back in the line 7 times because "white people must wait" Went on and had my new account opened via a very nice lady on the phone They delivered my bank card to the Moopgopong branch for collection I went to collect my card however the security guard stopped me at the entrance and refused to allow me in His excuse was that there are "allot of people waiting to get into the bank" I explained to him that I was only to collect my card whereas he told me that "there is nobody working at the collection" so I am refused entrance into the bank permanently I could see that there was nobody waiting in for collections or support and all the people are waiting to open bank accounts for SASSA You can take my new bank account and give it to the security guard he will have more use for it as I am refused to have my account up and running
Total of 8 number transfers in order to speak to 8 different people to tell them EXACTLY the same and in the end they transferred me back and forth. Credit Card renewal request. First operator told me the "new" card expires in Jul 22 which I DID NOT RECEIVE the second operator told me there is NO NEW CARD issued.... The third operator put me through to the fourth operator put me through to the first operator who put me through to the fifth operator who put me back to the first operator who put me through to the sixth operator who put me through to the seventh operator who put me through to the first operator who put me through to the eight operator hung up on me Lovely..............
Takealot cheats on their user reviews, if they allow for true user reviews more than half of the products on their site will never ever be sold I received a knock off version of the X96 Mini TV Box (South African branded custom firmware that does not allow for updates or any apps to be installed from Google Play) This is not what I ordered. I reviewed the product 1 star my review was bumped to 3 stars and not published because I indicated that it is in fact Custom South African firmware and not a real X96 Mini Tv Box with original firmware.
