Superb service and Quality!
Excellent customer service from the moment "Order confirmed" to "Order completed" . We have been updated all along, and we could never in our wildest dreams have imagined the amazing quality of the work that we have received. We are extremely happy with our large bundle, and will most definitely use them again for future printing! Fantastic guys - Well Done!!!

15 days and counting!!! Selling products they do not have
Bought a laptop advertised "In stock" as it is urgently required for a student writing exams. 5 days later Ntlahla notified me they do not have the laptop in stock. Offered another laptop where I had to pay an additional R2000. Waited another whole week, where after I only receive notification of courier after I insist on a refund! Now another week later, still no laptop, still no refund, nor do they answer their phone. Was kept online for nearly 6 minutes and then they cut you off (I have this on video). This woman has NO idea about customer service and is hugely detrimental to the brand HP.

You need a Brandability experience! Trust me.
I searched for personalised keyrings on Google. Their ad popped up first, I clicked, the price was good and continued. Oh my word - from the quote, right through to the delivery of my keyrings, I was notified and updated of each and every step of order processing and product development. The service was out of this world, fast, efficient and totally new to me! I would definitely support you for all our future branding too, and can highly recommend this company to others.

Do not buy MEDALIST products via TAKEALOT!
Bought 6 sets of MEDALIST dumbbells via Takealot. Sets ranging between pairs of 1kg to 7kg. Upon opening of these MEDALIST dumbbells, it was immediately visible that the neoprene covering is loose, already falling off on some and crumbling inside the packaging (photos have been taken). I returned all of it, as received with tags in original packaging. Takealot however decided to reject 1 of the MEDALIST dumbbells with reason of "User abuse" but refunded all of the other. Upon lodging a complain Takealot rejected my honest review of the faulty items sold by them. Furthermore, despite evidence of item being new, like the refunded other items of the same order, which they happily accepted as their fault, they wish to still burden financial loss on their clients for their poor quality. Luckily there are honest review sites such as Hellopeter that can grant me the opportunity to warn other about MEDALIST products sold by TAKEALOT!

NO CUSTOMER CARE - NO PROTECTION - DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!
Shockingly terrible customer service! In fact CUSTOMER service does not exist for Aramex Global Shopper! I have ordered a TIME SENSITIVE item on the 2nd of December 2020. It got delivered to JHB Aramex 12th of December 2020. One month later on the 18tb of January 2021 I started making enquiries. This carried on unanswere on all of their so called communication platforms until I phoned them on the 8th of Fabruary 2021. I held the line for 9min before someone answered (have got a screenshot of this!). Lodged my complaint to a person, who up to this day, 7 March 2021, has still not returned to me. 2 weeks later I phoned again, spoke to a new person - again no solution no feedback! Only when I sent a rude email stating I had enough of them STEALING from their customers I got a reaction last week. Still no solution!!! In fact NOW 3 months later they are sending me a first ever update saying "Pay you import duties and taxes" - for a package totally waisted by their professional incompetance and negligence!!! They do not give a damn about your package or you as a customer! And do not think you have AGS PROTECT - because that does not even exist! I have been demanding since February that my package costs be recovered by the so called "you are protected" scheme, but not a single one of the invalides I have made contact with can complete the process to have my loss recovered! Try DHL for professional service and actually caring for Customers!
