My experience with Home-Connect has been phenomenal. The moment I reached out to them to say I wanted to switch to them, the ball was immediately rolling. They were on top of every step of the process. Once you get your router, connection is quick and easy. Staff are incredibly helpful and more than happy to answer questions and do follow-ups. Home-Connect, THANK YOU for sorting me out so quickly ❤️
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Don't waste your time and money with this company, the customer service is pathetic and your Internet will be down more than it'll be working. In January, I was charged double what I usually pay due to them supposedly never charging me a pro rata fee after I was told there wouldn't be one when signing up. I'm not able to contact them on WhatsApp (suspect I've been blocked) and calling them is useless as you'll be on the phone for 20+ minutes with no solution to your issue. Adriaan was absolutely awful when I called about the double debit and had the audacity to sigh whilst on the phone with me. Today my Internet is down yet again and there's absolutely no way to reach them. I work from home and this is incredibly inconvenient. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM IF YOU WANT RELIABLE INTERNET!!!
I couldn't be happier with FFW. I've been with them since 2018 and will neeeeever switch. Today I spoke to the nicest consultant I have ever spoken to, Mpume. She was friendly, cracked a few jokes and helped me sort out my premium. Thank you for your stellar service, Mpume ❤️
The service with this company is absolutely **********. I placed an order on a Friday and their website states 1 - 3 working days for delivery. Therefore I expected to receive the item today, Thursday 22 June. I contacted them via email twice, no response. Called them and was told I'd get a callback, never happened. I spoke to a consultant via chat and was told she would email to let me know when I'll receive my order, nada. Today I requested a refund and was told it would take a week as their refunds department needs to contact me first. It did not take me a week to pay you, why on earth do I need to wait a week to get my money back?? Customer service means less than nothing here. 0/10, don't EVER use their online store. Complete waste of time.
I've had nothing but stellar service from home connect. Their agents are quick to respond, very helpful and super friendly! Couldn't be happier, definitely made the right decision by choosing Home-Connect!
<p>I was at your place for dinner tonight. I ordered the R89.90 steak "special" with mushroom sauce. Without yet having ANY of the food, I had put some of the sauce on my steak and noticed a black hair in it. I sent it back (the waiter, Dean, was absolutely awesome) and he said he would show it to his manager. I proceeded to order a different meal and waited approximately 30minutes for it, which was fine as the meal was delicious. My complaint, however, is about the manager of your store. He was a blonde gentleman with glasses. Obviously Dean had shown him the hair in my sauce and even after waiting so long to get my other meal AND still being there for a further 30minutes, he didn't once come and apologise. I did not expect anything to be comped but since he does claim to be the kitchen manager, I would expect him to at least apologise for the fact that a hair found its way into my food. I am pretty appalled by the service, or lack thereof, from him. Despite being a regular since you've opened, your store will not be seeing me again</p>
<p>I was in the Somerset Mall store earlier to fiind out if it would be possible to give me a printout of my statement. I was literally in there for 25 minutes, waiting IN THE QUEUE, only to be ignored by 3 staff members for the entire time. Before moving on to a client who was in the queue BEHIND me, I had to stop one of your staff members just to ask the question to avoid wasting any more time in that store. Now, I do understand that the store is busy, but is it really so difficult to serve people as they come or do they just pick random people out of the queue to help? This is not the fist time this has happened either. I feel like the service there is worse than pathetic. It is non-existant. If it weren't for the fact that ialready have 2 contracts with you, that place would NEVER see me again. The lack of customer service from a company like Telkom is disturbing as well as infuriating.</p>
I would just like to let clients of this particular store know that if you are allergic to seafood, buying their ready-made foods is a bad idea! I have a severe seafood allergy and saw them take the hot chips out of the same oil in which they had just fried calamari. Seeing as they had done this, I thought that getting the chicken was a safer option. After I had the chicken, I had a severe allergic reaction and needed to go to a pharmacy for an injection and pills which cost me R120. Had it not been for your lack of adhering to standards, I would not have needed to spend all that extra money. You need to fix this issue as someone with a more severe allergy than mine could have been dead had they ingested that meal. I am absolutely disgusted in your lack of consideration for the needs of your clients. I will definitely NEVER buy any of your ready-made foods ever again.
My mother and I have been to this branch quite a few times only to be disappointed by the service and food. However, when we were there last night, the service we received from Sifiso was absolutely amazing. We told him we were in a bit of a rush as we were due to see a movie in less than an hour and we had our food and drinks in UNDER 20 minutes!! I was extremely impressed and really happy to have a waiter who seemed to enjoy his job. Thank you Sifiso for making our dinner at Cappucino's Somerset Mall a memorable one! :)
My mother and I went to Spur in Somerset Mall tonight for dinner. The queue was extremely long, but we were seen to very quickly. Our waitress was extremely efficient and had our drinks at the table in less than 10 minutes. Even with the restaurant being packed and the kitchen lagging a bit (as Rudi, the manager told us whilst waiting in the queue), the food arrived in less than 20 minutes. I am extremely impressed with how fantastic the service was even though they were so busy. Not to mention the food, which was absolutely amazing!! Keep it up, you guys are definitely the best Spur branch I have ever gone to! :)
