We have never claimed from these people, paying them every month. My husband found out he has melonoma cancer, had to pay R700 to the oncology Dr to send through forms for a claim they advertising for first time diagnosis. Had to cover drs visits out of pocket already and thus the reason for this benefit they advertising. My husband will have to see the oncology every 6 months and the dermatologist every 3 months for the rest of his life which also we need to pay out of out pocket because medical aid does not pay that we need to pay upfront and Stratum is saying they rejected this claim due to the cancer not spreading. This is ridiculous as I have a lot of out of pocket expenses lying ahead and to make sure this does not spread further but they just rejecting, why am I paying them monthly and not benefiting from it.
The last 2 weeks Iqos has been frustrating me so much, first I'm not near a Iqos Kiosk or Store, so when I'm in a area where one is, I visit them. 2 weeks ago I was in Durban and went to Iqos Gateway, the guy then told me about a specials that's about to start 2 days later, 2days later no the specials is postponed, so I'm back at home, 4days later the special comes through. Today we had to drive to CT for other business, so I want to get the special as I'm near a store and kiosks, store locator says somerset west has kiosk, opens at 9am, get there no kiosk to be found. Drive all the way to Canal walk, get there no they can't assist me because they have new system and it's not online, the lady not willing to try and make a plan. Phone V and A waterfront willing to drive there, yes they are online, get a call back no sorry we can't help you. Never in my life have I experienced this terrible service and not just one store or kiosk but ALL. Feel like stop supporting them at all
Wish I could give no start, these people are sending sms's and phoning you like crazy, but they don't do their work. Payments is being made, but they just don't allocate it. Please tell me where I can report this as I would really like to take this further, they are inconviencing me on a daily basis because they are ***********.
These team of amazing Dr's and their staff is just unbelievable, you don't get service now a days like this team is giving me. I was blessed to work with them and from the Dr's to the team leader, sisters and dieticians, they are just always willing to assist whenever we have a question. The product is absolutely fenominal and I can't thanks this amazing team enough.
I send how many emails to cancel our contract in Sept, the contract has been a year old and still you are debiting my account
We bought a Hisense fridge from Kloppers George September 2022, 2023 the handel just snapped, we phoned them and ask about the warranty, apparently the handel only has 6 months warranty but Kloppers till today from the beginning of December haven't contacted us back as we asked them to please get a price on the handle, I really feel its terrible in the first place not to replace the hande under warranty as its an 10K plus fridge but not even phoning back is the worst
The referral program is just a gimmick, when I got my vouchers I tried to redeem it but could not capture banking details, emailed IQOS in August, till today still no response. Tried to go capture my banking again but as soon as you say redeem it gives you errors, contacted them 2 weeks ago, said they will advise within 48 hours, till today nothing. The consultant in my area asked if I heard anything and he tried from his side and now they say its a retail voucher only to use at their stores only in Durban, Cape Town and Gauteng, I mean really it clearly states cash back and even if it means a voucher for their stores, why cant I use it at the kiosk near me. Please stop with this as you are not giving the people the money as promised.
Tried to log complaint on your website but doesn't work. Yesterday I went to Ok Furniture George to buy a new bed for my parents as my father had a stroke and will need a higher bed, when I said I want this one I was told to come back as its load shedding, when I asked what delivery costs will be I was told R400 and I said its ridiculous as its not even 2km away, went back after load shedding to buy the bed and will collect today, all good and well now I arrive at the store, their truck is in the way said to this Celeste woman your truck is in the way and she said but you don't get the bed here, I must go to the warehouse, I asked her why couldn't she have told me yesterday with her very bad attitude she said to me but your husband knows the stuff isn't here and I informed her that when we bought something we always picked it up from the store. Celeste at Ok Furniture George has a very bad attitude and no customer service, I've spend lots of money at that store, but this was the last time and it was not a cheap bed I bought
They kept me updated the whote time, kept in contact telephonic and the router was send within 1day
Rain you dont have any after service, from the day I started using rain, you billed me before the usage, now you debited me twice for one month and ignoring me. I can't wait for another service provider to set me up so I can cancel with Rain and will not recommend it to anyone to ever go with Rain.
