I want to give a massive thank you to Solomon, Thabiso and just everyone that assisted be today. Due to no fault of theirs the tire of my car went completely flat while taking my car there for a 5 star wash. They immediately jumped in to help me by putting spare tire on. I am just blown away by your friendliness and compassion. Thank you. Just another reason why I only take my car to you guys to wash. You always do an awesome job.
I am not a DSTV subscriber but I took advantage of your special where it was R 19.95 to watch the finals. I am now trying to make sure that the subscription is canceled as I do not need DSTV going forward. Conveniently the app only provides me a cancelation date at the end of Nobember and shows my outstanding account balance is 175.50 for a R99.00 product that I paid the R19.95 as advertised. This is really not on. You are now forcing me to pay for something I do not want nor need any further and not allowing me to cancel with immediate effect. Please sort this out as this is false advertising and also not fair to the consumer.
I have been struggling to get hold of Makro Centurion for 3 hours. Been dialing 5 numbers that the call Centre gave me with no answer at all (012 673 3800 / 012 673 3751 / 012 673 3793 / 012 673 38070 / 012 673 3700). I need to confirm when a delivery is going to be done as i have an appointment that I need to go too. Now i have to drive all the way to the store to find out what the problem is, waste more time. This is very unprofessional. No confirmation even received that the delivery is taking place.
I am so upset right now. My 1st time ordering, used the promo codes and it showed that it was applied but as soon as I paid the full amount was debited. Wow, what a way to get a customer. Won't ever use you guys again.
I have ordered a pair of shoes and a belt online on the app on 23/08/2022, the app shows the items were shipped and were suppose to be delivered by 30/08/2022. It is now 16 September - still not delivered. I have followed up numerous times on the Whatsapp and was first told it was delivered. When there on 12/09/2022 turns out the delivery slip that was sent was for the wrong shop. Then while in the store the said it will come this week. When i followed up now again i was told next week. Really!!!!!!!! I have order 2 other times afterwards and those items have been received. The service is really unacceptable and it seems that you now have to wait for a month before receiving items. If don't follow up because the app status doesn't change then nothing will happen. I want to know where my package is and when i will receive it. It' can't take a month for a pair of pumps and a belt.
I would not recommend using this service provider. I have asked them to provide me with statements for the total costs they have charged me including their fee as I have picked up that they charged a fee for payment of water and sanitation which you are not allowed. You are not allowed to profit of a service that you didn't provide. They refuse to assist or provide me with the statements of my total payments and say I have to take it up with the owner. Wow, taking no responsibility at all even when they are in the wrong.
Wow MTN, you really found a way to take money from your customers. I signed up for a 20G sim data package with the device for R 230.00 a month and now my monthly account has gone from almost R 900.00 (Cellphone and sim contract) to almost R 2 000.00. When the usage document is send to me it shows that there is R 0.00 amount outstanding so of course then according to this there is no issues but wow when the debit goes off, different story and then the new usage document shows something complete different. Data is being loaded that I did not request. I took a package deal that is suppose to be capped at 20G but MTN seems to just be loading data and sending me documents that misleads so that it's to late to query it. Is this how Rob Shuter runs MTN? Loading data through dodgy ways that I didn't authorise and didn't sign up for and conveniently nobody in the call centre to assist. Wow Wow, do you not think if I hand the money to pay R 2 000.00 grand on data that I would just install the best fibre line. No, I trusted MTN and took a package that I could afford according to my Budget. I am so disappointed and upset. My money is being taken and I can't seem to stop it. I want this matter attended to, I want the money that was taken from be given back. I will take this further if this is not resolved. I will not continue my business with MTN for future. When my contracts are done I will go to a different service provider. Been with MTN for over 10 years just to be mislead and taken advantage off.
I have put in a claim two weeks ago for a lost/stolen cellphone. I send through the in formation required but never heard anything again. Last week when I ashed for feedback I was told that they apparently never got the got the information and I resend it. I till today never got a thank you for sending the information or even a progress update. I emailed her again this morning but still no response. Yes I know I didn't report the incident to the saps soon enough but I never received my policy documents and I have been through a very traumatic event the last couple of weeks and as a result I am now in hospital due to that. So sorry that my my personal issues clashed with a stupid SAPS Report. I think Gideon Galloway really needs to rethink about who he employs because right now his strategy is to appoint robots with no respect or empathy for people. Way the go Gideon!!!! I paid a deposit for a unit that i no longer wished to take and was told i will get my deposit back. Michelle could not help me and i cant get hold of Mariana she doesn't take my calls and sms'd her this morning as well with no feedback. I urgently need that deposit back. I paid them very quickly but seems that they are taking their time to pay me my money back. I paid up my account with Fochini and now i have to hear that i have been blacklisted. I never received a letter. Sms or even a call to say that there is money outstanding. I am fuming as now i cant get a flat due to this. I have been a customer for years and this is how i get treated when i never missed one installment. It's disgusting
