I have bad experience with this company they called me during the week saying i pay too much on my account i must make one payment plan of which i will save a lot of money according to them .the worst is they debit the amount of R2500 into my account and my current debit orders also went through. I went to my bank trying to reverse my money but they block bank to refund my money
I have problem with my water meter bursts on Tuesday last week Wednesday I reported the matter till today they haven’t send someone to fix the problem. My biggest problem now is who will be responsible for payment since this water it’s being running for full week.my ref 6000953588
I had issues with SARS it’s two tax numbers attached to my profile since September 2022 going up and down try to get this issues resolve but nothing it’s happening when I phone about this issues they said they have send my query to the relevant department to delete or deactivated secondary tax number I don’t how long it’s gonna take for this matter to be resolved.can someone refer me to the relevant department as I’m struggling with this issue and looks like I’m not getting help
i had problem with rain service provider last month i have made payment of R998 eft.day later they went into my account and deduct R499.i have tryed to call them requesting for refund till today nothing happened now they suspended my network.if i don’t pay now month end they will send bill of R998 so we pay for service we didn’t receive
I have last wrote to hello Peter about my issue with old mutual.still now after 4 weeks my money it’s not being paid.they said I must go to sars and see if my tax number it’s not changed I went to sars everything it’s fine the only issue is my middle name is not on my IRP5.Old mutual not want to pay me to make matter worse today I went to a branch in Pretoria North the consultant try to call head office about my issues lady from head office didn’t help us she said customer must call head office not constant she even up the phone down on us.I’m very disappointed with there service especially head office to helping.issue here it’s only my middle name that stop me from getting my money plz help
I have problem with clothing store we had agreement of R250.00 debit order for passed six month up until last month they change our agreement and debit R1333.00 on my account I called they head office and they said I must wait for them to call me they still investigate that mistake up until now I’m still waiting for them to call me. and this morning they did same thing debit R776 on my account what must I do .
I HAVE ONCE HAD ACCOUNT WITH EDGAR'S I 2003 BY THAT TIME I LOST MY JOB THEN I WAS BLACKLISTED IN 2004,NOW I RECEIVE CALLS FROM THEY LAWYERS SAID I HAVE OPEN ACCOUNT WITH ONE OF THERE STORES LAST YEAR THEN I HAVE PURCHES SOME GOODS FROM THEM I HAVE TO PAY THEM BUT THEY DONT WANT TO TELL ME WISH STORE WAS IT I HAVE TRY TO EXPLAIN TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES THAT I DONT REMEMBER OPENING ANY ACCOUNT WITH THE SAME COMPANY.THE INSIST ME TO PAY THE MONEY I DONT KNOW,CAN THEY MAYBE GAVE THE NAME OF THE STORE WHERE ACCOUNT WAS OPEN.

How can I be helped its been almost a month now and I don't get any feedback from the insurance company,but they don't delay on debiting my account I have a track number 22952 but no one gets back to me. I am at a point where I am going to take this matter to my lawyers maybe that will help this issue get sorted. I am very disappointed with this insurance company its easy for them to sms and increase there premiums but when you need there services they have 101 stories and excuses on why they can not assist you.
I reported my phone stolen on 30/03/2015 and have emailed the insurance company everything that was needed on the 07/04/2015 but still they cant give me any answers on the progress of my case.<br> I have spoken to them on several occasions as well as on the 15/04/2015 and they informed me that they would get back to me as soon as possible but to no avail.<br> They have been debiting my account for the past 12 months with no problem in regards to receiving their monies.<br> Now when I need to claim they have a lot of excuses on why it is taking so long.<br> I would like a quick response as to this matter from management and they can also reach me on 0724797598 or my email [Email Removed]<br> <br> Thank you <br> Edward Monama
