Let's start with the broken (only) toilet that was NOT EVEN communicated to the passengers putting some of them like me in a very uncomfortable situation. That was NOTHING compares to what happened later.... After 2 aborted attempts to land at O.R. Tambo where the pilot missed the runaway (not jocking) the pilot decided NOT to land in J.R. Tambo International for UNKNOWN reasons (each single other flights did) and landed in Lanseria and only then to Tambo after having refuelled with 2 hours and 10 minutes delay. Not happy of this great performance, the company refused to even cover the accommodation and meals to all the people who - like me - lost their connections due to this useless behaviour and obviously they said it was "weather related" in order not to even cover hotel and meals ! Never even seen anything so bad. I will NEVER even fly 4Z anymore. Rather South African Airways. Try to avoid if you can.
It is very convenient BUT it is very difficult to find availability at the time people have free time (it was not a problem for me though) and they will never ever cancel the debit order ! I moved away from Cape Town mid February and I still have debit order on my bank account. AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! AS soon as I reverse one, next day there is another one. I am now talking with a lawyer to stop this! I have never seen anything like it ! In my country when you make a debit order you can also cancel it . In South Africa anyone putting a debit order on your bank account can charge you FOREVER!

45 days ago I ordered an iphone 6 cover. After I waited 20 days I received an email telling me that it was out of stock. I went online and saw that the same cover in another color and at 3 times the price was there so I called and asked to have that one. I also asked if it was a different supplier because obviously the first one was not reliable. I have been told it was a different one (that makes sense to me because the price was 3 times the first case). Other 2 weeks and nothing, Yesterday was the \lasted delivery date\"...nothing. NOT EVEN AN EMAIL!<br> I called today and it looks like they have never received it from the supplier! And the supplier is exactly the same!!!<br> Obviously I cancelled the order and will never buy anything else ever .<br> And...guess what??? I went online and the cover is still there (even if they know it is not available) with .... a different price (38% discount!!!). I don't see the reason of making a discount on something that doesn't exist!!!!"
I bought a car with not even 50.000 at Auric Auto in Cape Town. When I bought it I have been told that the tires were NEW (that sounded correct to me after 50.000 km). 10 months and 9000 km later the back tyres need to be replaced and it cane out that only 2 tyres were new, but they don't replace for free because I cannot prove that the seller told me that. After Long negotiations I obtained to get the tyres (that cost a real fortune) at cost and guess what?? Now they don't get back to me or return my call in order to let me know when the tyres will be available to be replaced.
I went to Samsung shop after Vodacom told me I had to go there to have the screen change (because it was broken). They sent me to Vodacom for a proof of purchase. When I sent it they said it was not readable. I had to go again. When I came with the proof of purchase they took the phone and told me to come back to fetch the phone in 3 hours. When I went back to fetch the phone (it took me 30 minutes to find a parking because the Waterfront was just full ) they said that they could not repair because it was already repaired once! !!! But that they could know from beginning...... The truth is that they don't give a shit about customer's time! Worst service ever
We were six friends for a dinner after theatre. <br> The wines cost 4 times more than in a shop (extremely cheap wines that in the shop cost 40 rand were 200!!!!) I never saw anything like it in Cape Town. Restaurants charge usually one and a half time the wine, NOT 4 TIMES!!!!<br> But the TOP was a small plate of seafood with a tiny crayfish and 3 prawns: 600 zar!!!!<br> It is a pity because the view is beautiful (in the day), but they will never see us again
