Most Terrible Courier services ever. 4x parcels from 4 different senders on different dates all shipped to the wrong address and wrong province. They once blamed the sender for the wrong address but the sender send proof of the waybill with correct address. So unprofessional to blame the client for their wrong doing. I would not recommend RAM couriers at all. My parcels was urgent and expected the shipping to be successful within the time period expected. Instead it took two weeks.
I had a product collected from a shop in Boksburg to have delivered to the Secunda Depot Courier Guy. I was phoned in early morning time by the Secunda depot and was informed that my parcel have arrived. When I went to pick up the parcel the Courier guy counter assistant told me firstly that she hoped I did not come to pick up my parcel today. I ask her immediately what happened. She said let me go and show you. The result was that my parcel fell from a pallet and half of the one can spilled out. She immediately told me that courier guy is not suppose to transport anything that is paint like. I told that who is liable for the loss and she told me that is would not be them. I told the courier guy lady that if you are not allowed to transport the product why was I not informed and I also asked her that does your drivers receive training in cases like this not to accept the parcel. SHE responded that their drivers does receive training and the driver was not suppose to take the parcel. She also said that there is info supplied with the waybill that courier guy does not accept paint like parcels. I told her I would never use courier guy again. She told me that if I want to fight with her that she would turn around and walk away. I told her I'm not interested in fighting. I still had to pay for the big disappointment of service that was deliver, I lost almost half of my parcels worth of product. I feel that when they took my parcel in there possession they accepted the parcel as acceptable and are liable for any damages.
Absolutely terrible, payment is made for a product, no shipping, tracking details. They don't respond to messages, they don't answer phone calls. Two weeks later no information about my purchase. Regret that I bought from them
I bought a BMW 320d for the second hand dealer. From the fist day that I have bought the car I noticed some problems with the vehicle. I notified the dealer of the problems but only some were fixed. The one specific problem the sales person who sold me the car said that its normal its not a problem. after getting a professional opinion it was confirmed that indeed it was a major problem. I notified the dealer and he agreed to have it fixed. I even offered the dealer to make use of my motor vehicle plan to help them with cost. It is now six months later and the problem is not fixed yet. I have mailed and messaged the dealer but now he ignores me. The service was excellent but the after sales service is beyond poor.
Good Day<br> <br> I am struggling to transfer my pension from Imperial to onother pension fund. I am no longer working for the company where I made the contributions. I am struggling for 12 months now. If I phone them the one person tells me that they dont accept Gmail and the tells me that they do. they even insulted me by telling me that they are very dissipointed in me as I dont know how to open a yahoo email. I tried phoning the customers complaints department but they refuse to put me through to customer complaints. I am thus getting nowhere in claiming my pension fund and a am also tired of there bad attitude. please assist if possible
My lounge sweet is faulty. Morkels collected it and almost two months now that I havent recieved my new set or money back. Been calling them and most of the time they are eighter to busy to attentd to me or they say they gonna call back and then they don, t or they just transfer me to the person but the called never gets awnsered. Just not getting any progress from morkels secunda staff.
