Very unhappy they called me to upgrade my vodacom router and now they deduct money from my account which i cannot get elite mobile on phone the option 5 to speak to a consultant keep cutting off when you called. I need a consultant to call me to cancel this

Good day my two children are studying through INTEC College, i think they are very quick to respond when you want to study at the College but once you are registered you do not get any response from them. I tried to contact them by email on several occasions. If they can please contact me my email address i would much appreciate it.
Good day for 2 years i rented the property and the previous tenant stayed at this address moved. No forward address was communicated with her service providers. Ever since they moved their mail is still delivered at our address. It seems that they are bad payers and does not pay their dept. I wanted to provide African Bank with the new address of the person and they obviously does not want their money back because the lady I spoke to on the 28 July 2015 said she cannot do anything. So if someone at African Bank is interested in getting back R39 000 please sent or call me for the new address.
On 13 April 2015 i took out a contract with Vodacom they deliver a new instrument with a wrong sim card. I called and on the 16 April 2015 they still deliver a wrong sim card. On 20 and 23 April 2015 i called to enquire when they will deliver new sim card still no sim. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A SIM CARD TO BE DELIVERED!!!<br> <br> On 30 April 2015 i got a Neno sim card from my colleague at work working with cellular phones. I now what to do a sim card swap from prepaid to contract and still you have to wait for 30 minutes before you get to speak to a call centre clerk. I WANT TO CANCEL this contract.
