Pizza Baby. Fantastic Pizza. Poor delivery. Their delivery times are getting longer and longer. I ordered my Pizza at 18h00. At 18h50 my last Pizza was going into the oven. Not great.
Being a Seller on Takealot is Extremely Frustrating, no one gets back to you. to load an Item takes multiple attempts, You submit the same thing, no changes after multiple attempts then it gets accepted. we have old stock that needs to be collected, for over a month, multiple attempts we just can't get the collection order sorted out, and to get help, well does not exist. Sadly, this will hopefully be the only way to get a human from Takealot to assist.
This Company Contacted my 74 Year old Mother, she has a hearing aid and can't hear, she does not have any signing power, They have upgraded her phone to a stupid amount that a pensioner can't afford. an amount of R1867.23. is this the norm for this company to take advantage of old people who don't understand? I phoned them, they said they will reverse it in 3 to 5 working days. this is for their management to reach out to me. and for other people to be careful of them. Rather go to a Cell Shop, Dont trust Call Centres!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I phoned to find out if BMW EastRand Boksburg could squeeze my 74 Year old Mothers BMW 125 2008 model in for Only a Oil Change. The Lady said they can make a plan if we bring it in Straigt away (Thank you). I asked how much. The lady said Roughly R1500. But may vary on the make and model. My Son took it in and Said we only want an Oil Change. The Lady said "Oil, Filter, and Micro Filter" my son said yes. Not knowing that micro filter has nothing to do with the Oil Change. He signed the Job order and was told it will be R3000. I went through and said I wanted an oil Change only. The lady Stated that the Job Card has been Signed and tge Filter has been fitted. If I want it Removed. They will charge me to remove it. I Asked for the Service Manager who said tge Oil Filter and Micro Filter are in the same Kit. Ummmm No. I totally disagree. At the end of this. They are basically making commision On a 74 year old pensioner. Shame on You BMW Boksburg
I just had a dept collector phoning on their behalf that they are handing me over. I said to the lady why would I advertise with a publication that does not exist. She went straight to asking for my ID number. I then put the phone down. Is this a new scam to try and get funds in. I'm a business owner and would not subscribe to an obsolete publication. Please get your facts rite before trying to get funding thru harassment.
"Without prejudice" Well its been a long Rd, NBD Services (PTY) Ltd were contracted to upgrade my Existing Solar System at my house with More Panels and Batteries. The scope was to move the Existing batteries and Panels onto my Left DB Board that had 2 x Growatt Inverters, the Right hand DB Board that has the Geysers and the heavier load was to get the New Panels and Batteries installed onto a already installed 2 x Growatt Inverters. Their instillation is very neat, no fault their, however the new side has not been configured correct, It is only using 20% Solar and 80% Eskom. I have been Promised, time and time again that this will be rectified, I was told Growatt was going to Assist, be it over the Phone or a site visit, I don't know, but every week goes buy with empty promises. from what I understand they are battery Specialists, more the industrial Market, I told them that going into the Consumer Private Market is a totally different ball game. Every week I wait for them is another week I waist extra money for my Prepaid. I hope this will be a push for them to understand, HOW WOULD THEY FEEL IF THEY WERE IN MY SHOES! and get this matter sorted out as soon as possible.
I bought my Book Keeper a Haval H2, Decent interior poor fuel and Power performance, now the car is nearly 5 years old and the Alternator wont charge. They said he needs to wait 4 to 6 weeks, what angers me is that what if this is a Family with 1 car, how can anyone expect them to wait so long. secondly this could be repaired whilst they get a new one in, again, not interested. they can Air Freight (DHL) the part in from China. again, not interested. yes this is the first major issue, but thinking about having to ask a family to make a plan for a few weeks, is not Service. I suppose, you pay for what you Get!
know your Pain. I Paid DSTV in 2019 the R120.00 yes one hundred and twenty Rand for the insurance that they hide. They don't tell you when you cancel DSTV you need to contact another department. Great scam these guys have going. How many other people have the caught like me. I have not had DSTV since then and they keep on Phoning me for R120.00 I'm going to pay them R130.00.( as soon as I recie the statement and banking details) And give them a R10.00 tip to go look for a better job a more meaningful work. Well done guys. Your mother must be very proud of you.
DSTV Multichoice are very crude in the way they do their dealings. When you Connect your decoder the "Sales / Technical person" offer you Insurance, they don't transfer you to the insurance dept, and this is were they catch people. When you cancel your subscription with the same call Centre on the same number you joined, they fail to tell you, hay Mr Ex Client you need to contact a totally different department to cancel it. I cancelled my DSTV in 2019, they stopped their debit orders but not the insurance, this they were still sneaking thru. I contacted them and this is were I first found out they had a "SEPERATE DEPARTMENT" to handle this. After arguing with them they said I needed to contact the Insurance department as well. This was done and the Debit order was stopped. now 2 years later I get a SMS from an Attorney saying I ow just over R100. DSTV cant understand why they loosing premium Clients. Let me tell you Attitude **** Content Price O and Disney Plus will be their next Nail Please be careful, they are desperate to do these types of tactics.
I Purchased 2 items from Bangood in China, it was sent with Buffalo International Logistics. I paid the Vat on the first unit, and a day or two on the second, i received the first item to my office no problem, as this is the service i paid for. the second item i paid for the same service. but Buffalo decided to send my parcel to PeP clothing and said i need to pick it up, firstly i paid door to door, then they said i will need to pay them again to deliver to my office, i refused and told them I'm going to lodge a complaint with the Bank for Non Delivery of goods, then they came back and said they will deliver, this was 09/10/20, still nothing from them. please be careful when dealing with Bangood, as their chosen transport company try to double charge as mentioned above
