Still my problem is not solved yet. They keep calling me but nothing is tangible from them.
Good day I'm here to report a bad service which I encounter with one of your stores in Germiston Gauteng. Today 31/12/2025, I was using Avbob voucher of R100. I entered the store, I was going to use card payment plus voucher. When I was busy placing an order final to payment of the order I purchased which was piece for R149, it shows card/voucher I chose voucher and put it and gave me the balance of R49 which I'm supposed to pay via the card. What I noticed was the speed point was not working. It was blank. I went to the second self-service machine to choose the same order it said invalid code. I went to Teller to report the problem I explained to her she called the supervisor Nomsa Dhlamini to come and help. She did went to the machine and she just asked what happened and I explained but I didn't notice that she wasn't interested to help me instead she helped another customer while waiting no apology nothing. I kept quite and went by three pieces and paid.While waiting for my order, still busy on the table with that customer. I asked her why you not helping me with my problem she said she's still busy helping and explaining about the competition. I said I called you to help me with my problem but you didn't. What is happening with my voucher now. I didn't get my order. No not saying the speedpoint is out of order. So many customers when there and see it's not working on our own.This is the pictures of speedpoint with menu screen, first on not working nothing shows, the other two are working but I couldn't retrieve my voucher nothing. Does it goes to waste or what?I tried this it's whereby it says invalid voucher.What to do with these. Miss NomsaDhlamini didn't helped me.even after telling me that they will check.Now what to do with my voucher that I won and my family was happy we will enjoy the last day of the year. So ****ed off and angry.spent my transport money to buy there. Such a 👎 service at KFC. Still waiting for my voucher refund
Yesterday I went to spar in Peddie to check on my appliance "the mellerware two plate" which I did return to them. Due to the left button which was melted. And the nob wasn't working properly due to burnt. The stove is still have guarantee and what surprised me from them is they are not going to replace or refund me. They said it's my electricity fault. Please advise what to do next. Thanks
I bought mellerware two plate then the stove button on the left burnt. I returned the stove and promised the stove to return after three weeks. Nothing I was given. It does have guarantee. I have to wait for them before I can use 'y stove. No refund nothing. Not happy at all with the service
Such a bad journey with the bus. Diesel tank was empty from Kroonstad stayed five hours. No communication between passengers and drivers. Left Eastern Cape king williams town station 18:00 arrived in jozi by 12:00 midday. We we going to work. We couldn't go. Manager deposited r900for diesel after two hours deposited another money. I cannot refer this bus to anyone. It's supposed to be canceled for taking longer distance like Eastern Cape. Thy dropped us faraway from the Johannesburg park station, we had to walk to park Station
Service at FNB is slowly. I spent three hours there due to sending money via ewallet. No one did help me they sent me from pillar to post. Thanks to Mathlodi for helping me to download the app, but two guys after couldn't help me to do ewallet due to app limits. They just sent me a fom one person to another. I spent two and a half minutes waiting. Eventually I did manage to send money to my other account after sitting there. I wouldn't refer someone the FNB Chris Hani Mall. It's wad not packed with clients but they don't know their work.
I would like to send a message to Mr Victor Tshauke one of the consultants who helped with to claim for my late brother funeral. He was very supportive. I did receive the payment as promised. Thank you so much for i appreciate your help. Keep up the good work and help others too.
Good day I'm so surprised being called by MBD company informing my account is with them. To find out that my account was extended to February 2023 from vodacom no one bothered to call me or inform me via email or sms. It's such a big blow for me. It was supposed to end late 2022,due to not paying they just blocked it and now I'm being called by MBD daily.
Still waiting for their response about wasting my time. Due to the cashier that doesn't know when the price drops for their products. I bought huggies x2 for R300 and TV wall mount for R229. But they charged the normal price Where's it's was both on sale. I happened on the 2 July 2023, still waiting for their response. They wasted my time. To spend more than 30 minutes and i was the one they asked my to go and pick the prices for proof. I wasn't happy at all with their bad service
Today at Pick n Pay Chris Hani mall between 12:00-13:00. They charge me more after I enquire about that they said i bought huggies jumbo. They sent me up and down to check the price if it's what real. It was 2xhuggies for R300 any size you want. The cashier wasn't really helping instead they sent me to check the price. Secondly the Ellies tv stand was on sale too for R229 the till shows the 299,they ordered me to bring the price. It's not supposed to be one of them to do so. I was not impressed about their service.
