Every month there are debit orders yet this is the third time Teljoy tells me to pay the overdue amount this time. It does not make sense. How does their debit order system work?
I have been emailing and messaging the Fish Eagle View office/people so many times to ask them to check if my cat that was missing since March 2025 is at my previous complex. Some of the people sound like they think I am lying about the cat. I dont have access to get inside the complex to look for my missing cat. I want my cat back!!! They dont even communicate with me to let me know what is going on. They are not even professional.
I didnt have a tv since 2018 and yet SABC TV license are demanding for R8240. Every year I send them the same email saying I dont have a TV. My ref is 513286237. Why are they not getting any of my emails?
I ordered the cards from Shyft Standard Bank and they took money from my bank card to get it delivered to me. So far I have not gotten the cards yet. My ref is 809EB977. I am disappointed.
I cancelled my subscription before I become a permanent member and was told that the payments are failing and they tried to take money from my account. I am not a member anymore. This is unacceptable!
I had Teljoy for almost two years yet they always message me to pay the overdue amount? I have been accepting the debichecks twice and still dont understand why they still ask me to pay the overdue amount? What is going on? Why are they not responsible with linking my banking details to the orders?
I have been waiting for my orders that I made 3 weeks ago. On monday I asked for a refund and there was no response? I am disappointed. I never had a delivery problem before with them. Whats going on?
Teljoy took R613.22 and R307 from my account. The R613.22 were the arrears and I dont know why they took R307. What is it for? They need to refund it back. My arrears have been paid in full and I still get smses to pay my arrears??? The service is very bad and they dont respond to my emails
I bought a fridge with Teljoy in December 2023. Now I get a nofiction that my account is in arrears. They told me I dont have a debit order. So why are there no debit orders? Since December 2023?!?! Now I must pay R613 because there was no debit order??? Dont all accounts have debit orders? that is very unfair!!!
I do not want all my bank details shown on the ATM or the website or apps as other ******* can get access to them. Please make it private unless we click on it and it will ask for a selfie before it cam be shown. Humans money safety comes first.
