I bought a wris****ch at Exact a week ago. 2 days after I started wearing it, the belt came out. I took it for an exchange, and received another one on Monday. Today, the belt came off.
I ordered pizza from Debonairs pizza Noordgesig in Soweto and I am appalled by the service that I received. I ordered through the app and the app indicated that delivery would cost R10. After a very long delay, the shop phoned to inform me that I should give the driver R20 for delivery, since I'm too far. I refused, and informed them that I ordered pizza from the same store a week ago, and I paid R10 as indicated on the app. The caller then indicated that R10 is fine and hung up. I waited a further 45 minutes before the delivery. When the pizza arrived, it was cold and the driver didn't have a receipt with him. He said he knows how much I need to pay, and gave me an inflated price. I told him that I'm not going to pay that amount, as I know how much I should pay. He then laughed at me and punched in the correct amount on the speed point machine. I am honestly disgusted by their behavior.

I have been trying to reach cell c contract cancellations service center for over a month. I am starting to believe that they are ignoring calls

I purchased a few items at Ackerman's in Diepkloof square, and when the cashier packed the items, she forgot to put in a juice bottle that I had bought and already paid for. I went back the following day to enquire, and found that she had realised her mistake, and notified her colleagues to inform her when I came back. She had clearly marked the juice bottle "paid" and also informed the security personnel at the door. She took the time to apologise to me.
I am not happy about the quality of Joko rooibos teabags that are being manufactured. Most of them don't come with perforations, and when you try to separate them they tear then I have to throw them away. I am really not impressed
Went to the diner for a staff closing party, and it was one big disappointment. From being served on chipped plates, to being given menus that have been burnt by cigarette ash, we were just disappointed. While we were at the place, there were actually people that were busy with maintenance, and knocking chairs and tables. There is also no designated area for smoking, and chairs are torn.
On Thursday the 25th of February, I purchased R30 airtime and loaded it on my sim card. Then in the afternoon I attempted to purchase a data bundle and it said I have insufficient airtime. I restarted the phone 3 times and upon the 3rd restart , my airtime balance had gone from R21 to R4. When I called the call centre, I was told that my phone used the airtime and I can't be assisted.
On the 14th of May, MTN responded to my report and said they would get back to me shortly with a solution. I am still waiting
