Multi choice upgraded my DSTV options without my knowledge. They keep on charging me more amount which even themself cannot explain how they calculated it.
this service provider don, 't want to clear my name from their debt review. I requested and sent them all relevant information on July 2020 until today they have not clear my name or at least issue me with a clearance certificate. when i do a follow up this January 2022, I am being told stories which does not make sense. such companies don't do what they say they are doing, but they want to see me still under their program for the res of my life.
I have requested my paid-up letter from this financial institution in July 2020 up until today i have never received it. now i am bein told i must resent the email to request again. what such a bull is this? it was nice while i was hooked up in your system and now you don't want me to come out?
I am writing this while frustrated, I had a personal loan with FNB and i paid it up while I was under debt review. Now when i call to get my paid-up letter their phone rang un-answered. This frustrate me as i want my name to be cleared from this debt review
I have been trying to get my paid up letter from Finchoice but every time no one is willing to email it to me. I'm being told i need to get it from their Debt Review department, which when the call is transfer to them it hang-up. I am feedup now as my life can not move because of them.
Our Samsung smart TV recently blank-out. I notify Samsung with the issue and they send their agency (without making an appointment), to come and asses the TV. The agency recommend to change the TV screen. No communication from either Samsung or the agency for some sort of update. After calling them again, i was informed that Samsung decided to replace the TV with the new one and i have to wait for about 14 working days. 14 working days period passed and as usual no communication from Samsung as usual. I called again and i was told they are waiting for two extra signatures for them to release the new TV if approved. This two signatures will take again 14 working days for approval per signature (which means its 28 working days before i can get this replacement TV if approve. to my suprise, Samsung are the one who decided to replace the TV but can give me the TV asap. I reported this from the 11th November
On the 25th September I bought prepaid electricity for an incorrect meter. After going to the branch I was told they won't reverse it as I have received the token numbers. What I fail to understand is that with the token that was sent, I can't use it anywhere and capitec insist on not refunding me. I must keep this token for life knowing I won't use it? What this bank is doing is day light robbery
Vodacom insurance partners are scammers, they scam me my insurance money with the help of Vodacom, and they dont want to refund my premium back. Finrite decided to reject my cell phone insurance claim with a lame excuse saying "rejected due to usage" Vodacom pretends as if they know nothing about this scammers and saying we are sorry to hear that your claim was rejected. How i just wish that i can cancel my contract with this useless company, Vodacom) and their scammer's Finrite. Cellsure was the best vodacom insurance company of all time.
Vodacom introduced my to their cellphone insurance "partner" Finrite (i wonder what is rite with them) and I took a cellphone insurance since 2019 and have been paying it every month. Yesterday (28/06/2021) i lost my cell phone and i did every right to initiate the claim process, only to be told that my claim is rejected because of "usage". I was dealing with a very rude lying consultant by the name of Yvonne Mokaleng, where she told me straight on the phone that I will never get this claim approve and she didnt want to transfer me to her supervisor. the supervisor / team leader name is Promise Pholo who is also so much rude. I asked them to refund me my insurance money and i was toldNEVER shall they refund me my money which they were and still robbing me with the help of vodacom. all this scammers want is our money and not fulfil their promises
Vodacom are changing contract that i have with them without notifying me. they are not giving me 1GB of data as per our contract. When i call "customer care", they say the data part of the contract expired in January 2020 while the contract is ending on April 2020. Its either i still have a contract with them or not. On the other contrat the data that they give me doesn't carry over to the next month, while it use to carry over. i believe this makes the contract i have with vodacom null and void
