Advertise items on sale. You go to the shop and then they don't have stock. They expect you to go to another shop way out your area.
Can you just stop giving parcels to 3rd Party DPD??? You do not answer calls and neither do they. Having horrible experience with you both. As such I will not recommend unless you start answering phones and e-mails from customers. If you want feedback. Call the HQ in China, they answer phones not like in south africa. Nor do they immediately reply to agent messages in South Africa
This is one courier company you cannot rely on. They do not answer phones when calling. They do not update tracking accordingly. They take their time to deliver packages in their possession. I will not recommend them at all. They always have high volume calls when calling them. And if you are lucky enough to get your call answered you should hope that the agent does not cut your call at all. Or while waiting in the que you should also hope that your call is not dropped or cancelled by them. They can go learn how to do business from much more reputable Courier Services. Also their staff is arrogant. Unfortunately I cannot state my exact thoughts on this matter.
I have been receiving very bad service from them! Endless complaints and I now have had enough! Not to make matters worse they are going against the Consumer Protection Act and refusing to cancel my contract when I requested it because of their system! This is ********* and they will be met with the National Consumer Commission as i have a right to cancel my contract with 20 business days notice!

They harass you for paid up accounts! Their staff is RUDE!!!! They continue to send e-mails or call the 3rd parties!!!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT EVER EXISTED!!!! THEY AND THEIR STAFF ARE USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't even bother to e-mail they do not reply to emails and always claim they didn't receive it which is nonsense!!!! They lie all the time when things are not in their favour they start getting extremely rude!!!!!!! You can e-mail them as much as you like the ignore all e-mails!!! Even had a 3 way call with them and Discovery and even the Discovery agent rather gave an alternative resolution as he completely understood the severe incompetence of this company after he had ended the call with them! So if even the original companies see your incompetence why the hell can you not see it!!!!!!!!!! CLOSE THIS COMPANY!!! YOU CAN AND WILL RECEIVE BETTER ASSISTANCE AND SERVICE FROM A ROCK IN YOUR GARDEN THAN YOU WILL EVER RECEIVE FROM THESE BUNCH OF RUDE, UNPROFFESIONAL LOT!!
The service is pathetic. Stay away from this company. Simply google their Western Cape number and you will see how many companies is linked to this company or as they call it a warehouse. Huntalot, Animal Gear, MDSA, Gamo SA, Wakealot, Defcon Tactical, and the list goes on- to add most of these companies have very bad reviews except for reviews by a Parkin Lady whom most likely works there as we just had to deal with an Eve Parkin. Requested a refund today 4 September 2023. And Juan said it will be done tomorrow. Now I have to wait and see if they are actually going to refund or get some excuse. The service is NON EXISTENT. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
Stay away from ABSA and especially their insurance policies. They will have you pay premiums and when it is their turn to adhere to the policy they have excuses. The assessors cannot read to understand, they only read one little word and think they have summed up the entire claim. Other banks understand and can actually read properly and they adhere to their policies but ABSA does not. Neither do they understand Sections 37(4)(a) and 32(3) of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Nor can they understand the term Constructive Dismissal. Sending them the information sheet for Constructive Dismissal as per the CCMA and Labour Law also does not understand because they cannot read properly and they do not know what a material breach of contract from the employer means and why a constructive dismissal case is awarded. Go read the sections of the BCEA as per above given and maybe you as ABSA will LEARN something!!! You can send them all the proof that they are in the wrong and explain until you are all the colors of the rainbow yet they still refuse to pay out claims when infact they cannot understand court orders at all. ABSA also does not answer complaints for months no matter how many times you ask for feedback. They completely ignore their clients when there is a complaint and venting on social media you get a little bit of feedback yet they are still not understanding what they read and send you a section back in their policy which is not applicable as they do not understand what they are actually reading in the complaint and claim, they ask for additional documents and you produce these yet they still do not understand. Rather go to a bank that will put in the effort to assist you. You will honestly get better service from a rock than you will ever get from ABSA.
So SSDA has been sending me personally e-mails for an account which in fact is not mine and I was sincere enough to respond with the facts for this account and today I phoned them to ask why they did not respond my factual email and all of a sudden I am a third party and they have problems with their email server. None the less. i was not a 3rd Party the day they sent me the email discussing private information of someone-else with me in an email but now they regard me as a third party going against their previous actions by sending me the private details of someone else which I happen to have knowledge of the whole issue and I was kind enough to give them factual feedback. SSDA you are honestly going against yourself and you should rather close down. I wasn't a 3rd party the million times you phoned and emailed me but now all of a sudden I am a third party. Get your ducks in a row and do not send out e-mails OR call people if you are not even sure you are sending it to the right person as you are making private information available to 3rd parties and you also do not have the decency to reply to a factual based e-mail with all the relevant proof! So I advise you to respond to the email I sent you on 26 February 2022 with proof and stating if additional proof is required they can request it from me as all of the communication is available from myself.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! DO NOT GET A CONTRACT WITH THEM AT ALL!!!! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! THEY FAIL TO CANCEL CONTRACTS AND YOU END UP WITH A MASSIVE MESS AND BEING BILLED FOR AN ACCOUNT YOU SPECIFICALLY CALLED FOR NUMEROUS TIMES TO CANCEL, EVEN CONTACTED SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS!!!!!!!!! IF YOU WANT TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH AN ACCOUNT GET A CONTRACT WITH CELL C! THEY TRY TO MAKE YOU A LIAR AND WHEN YOU SHOW THEM THEY ARE WRONG THEY DO NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE!!! MORE THAN 2 YEARS NOW TRYING TO SORT OUT TWO ACCOUNTS WITH THEM! ONE THEY NOW FINALLY SORTED. THE OTHER IS STILL A MESS IN PROGRESS THIS FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS DUE FOR EXPIRY END DECEMBER 2019 AND CANCELLED. NUMEROUS CALLS AND EVEN SOCIAL MEDIA ATTEMPS AND PROMISES THEY WILL CALL ME BACK. THEY ONLY CANCELLED IN FEBRUARY NEXT YEAR AND NOW I SUPPOSEDLY OWE THEM THOUSANDS! THEIR LEGAL AND ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY DO, THEIR STAFF DOESN'T DO THEIR WORK. IF THEY OFFER YOU A CONTRACT DECLINE IT!!!!!!!!!!
