Excellent service from gynecologist Dr Khoza
Sat the 8th I went to emergency room to see gynecologist and when I got there I was told that the Doc is busy with martenity and. It's only 1 doc on duty so she might see to us or not. Cool we understood. Later she came a young black lady her name is Miss N Khoza. She saw to all of with so much care and patience she admitted half of us because we needed surgery and at that she booked for theatre and to my surprise at 8pm when I was taken to theatre there she was to perform the oparation oh my God I was so scared and also feeling sorry for her that she must have been so tired but again she did what she had to do with so much care and patience I was so impressed kudos to her. I'm now back to myself nomor pains thanks to her.

Ordered my gals takkie on the 27th of this month like after 7pm and tell you what by 3pm on the 30th the parcel was at my door steps wow amazed by your service guys kudos together with The Courier guy you make thee best team

I would like to take moment and appreciate the excellent work the courier guy is doing. I was not home when they came deliver my parcel and the guy was so patient and told him to wait a bit while I make arrangements and he waited 10 minutes later the parcel was collected and he then called again to tell me who he left the parcel with. Thank u so much Fisani 🤗

Excellent service at Chesterville Sassa branch
I would be unfair if I didn't mention this to the public. Couple of weeks back I visited sassa to apply for my child support grant I went to the one in chesterville I was assisted by an African lady with glasses dark in colour I forgot her name. The lady was so friendly and efficient she did everything finish the very first day and not to forget their cleaner she stepped up and offered to assist by making copies for everyone who didn't have to save them time. Wow I was very impressed keep it up guys 👌👌👌👏

Rain sim card
Had such bad experiences with Rian on the 27th July I bought their sim card I activated it then they debited payment of 479 same time when I Rica the sim it just got stuck on the page saying checking validation up till today. I log a call on their support system the response was they will get back to me in 24 or 48 hours to assist up till today still waiting and sim is still checking validation...there is no phone number on their website this is not on at all I needed that simcard for work purposes now it's dead end

dead end query
hi, it has been a month but my query seems as if it reached a dead end, so does this mean i must pay just like that? on the 12th of last month i wrote a report to you guys about 2 contracts in the name of 1, the guy tried to assist but shame he couldn't reach into a solution since the guy in the store(Dylan) kept lying to MPHO. i did everything that Mpho said i must do but still both cellphones are still with me and i must pay.<br> <br> now what i want to know is that ,,,this is it ? meaning there wont be solution for my problem just like that?<br> <br> very dissapointed.....

cheated into taking what i did not want
hi on the 12/05 i went to cell c shop in Durban looking for a contract phone which was Samsung trend neo for R300,00+-, the gentleman assisted to me said i do not qualify for the particular phone so he then suggested to give me 2 Microsoft phone with the price of 1 which will be R150 altogether, i did not want 2 phones but looking at the deal i said OK and took cellphones only to recover when i get my copy that these phones do not go together he gave me 2 contracts and i will be paying R300 every month, i then went back told him he must cancel the contracts i don't want them anymore because he cheat me into taking them he refused said i must sell them and come pay the commitment fee but i cant sell phones now he must take them back and cancel this contract or at least live 1 phone with me now the guy is sooo rude when i talk to him.told me there's nothing he can do to help me. from what i saw there those guys are greedy and in a hurry to push sales with false advertisement.<br> <br> please assist because i wont be paying for 2 different contracts since i can only use 1 of the cellphones.
