I just knew ill be back here im going to straight to ombudsmen,i went to Vodacom store to process my claim got declined i was told that my phone got lost when the insurance wasnt activated There's someone from Vodacom Smollan insurance who called me on the 25th of November 2025 telling me they calling to cover the phone thats lost since it wasn't covered,i asked that person how is it going to work will i be able to claim since when i took this didnt have insurance she said yes we even cancelled the old insurance and i took this Who is a fool here ,i need the copy of this call please Im really tired and again for the last time can someone call me to cancel the contracts please
Im disappointed now i really someone to call me and cancel both my contracts. Ive been a Vodacom customer from 2017 i missed one or two payments but i pay monthly I called several times yesterday for both my phone i never got assistance you can listen to the calls , the last person i spoke to told me about 48hours so when do i claim ? Why are not helpful your Agents do you give them enough training because wow On another side your insurance Will charging excess fees of a arm an the leg but you can't assist with one simple thing was thinking im staying upgrading next i rather cancel it you do not appreciate your customers
Can someone please call me to cancel all my contracts with you,you guys clearly dont need me anymore as customer,i did an upgrade rhe delivery address was wrong .i complained here someone called told my address will be updated today i got a text stating that my delivery is out still to same wrong address Im not always at the office i sometimes at home thats why kept on calling last wèek to change my address coz i knew i will be at the office today Your call centre agent are not helpful at all they dont care whether how long ive been with you guys So can someone call so we cancel everything
Im so shocked and disappointed, my dad died im 2022 we never changed anything we kept on paying on his account Yesterday the 8th of August 2025 i made a payment of 420 but dstv wasnt playing still I called dstv to find out how to fix they told me our dstv was upgraded to premium by my dad im not sure how because his deceased multichoice is just a group of *****sters
Im not happy did an upgrade today over the phone with someone who was not willing to assist ,i just received my quote its a wrong delivery address im not impressed because i was really canceling this contract but decided to give you guys a chance

I have been with Vodacom for 9 years now ,I have never missed any payment or anything but today they feel they can’t assist At the beginning of the month I migrated my tariff plan due to it being high,I received my invoice and I saw that that money I won’t be having For the first time in my life I called Vodacom to ask if I can make arrangements like maybe pay half and finish the other half next month I was told they can’t assist I need to wait for my debit order to bounce and cause more charges for me then I can make an arrangement Who can I rely on ? Today you guys feel you can’t help Can’t wait for this contract to end
Im really not happy with this company ,I started being with them September 2020 ,I was told that I will be on debt review for 60 months which is 5 years Yesterday when I checked my statement it showed me some of my loans will be settled 2027 How because I was told it takes 5 years Which means now I have to be there for 7 years The consultant really **** an gave me the wrong information
I have been calling the call centre sending emails with screen shot to different agent I’m not getting any assistance . I can’t log in to the website to do anything , every time I try it redirects me back to the login page I was told the matter was escalated to IT on Monday already until today haven’t gotten any response Everyone in my department can log in an see their information excluding me I understand the system is slow but at least I was supposed to be able to see my information , it’s not like I want to apply but is should be able to log in I have been trying to login on to the website it’s not going through instead it redirects me to the login page. I haven’t seen any information and other people can login but its slow , on my side I cant. Can I please get assistance on why I can’t log in ; I tried resetting my password its still not going through
