Order no 201014046782 I placed an online order in January 2026 which i unfortunately could not collect. The last update was that on 15 January the order is ready for collection. I the sent an email on 3 Feb requesting that the order be cancelled and I be refunded. On 04 February Mmeli Xulu sent an email detailing the rerurn/refund process which I responded that they may proceed Since then I've sent 3 follow up emails and theres been no update/refund. Its now 18 March and am still waiting

I requested a return of an item. First notification for collection was 29 October 2022,. After a few notifications they still haven't collected the item. They even lied about coming to my residence and attempting to collect the item. When I asked for proof that some1 did attempt to collect the item, they failed to provide it Almost a week later they've made no attempt to collect the parcel Basically they are refusing to refund me by not collecting the item
I have been trying to update my beneficiary details online for 3 days now but once I've entered the details and click on "save" an error message comes up and I cant update. I cant even update my physical address. this is totally ridiculous. before they come up with an excuse that they tried calling me to assist, that is besides the point. in this day and age as a policy holder I should be able to access my policy 24/7 and update it etc what is the point of registering online to access the policy if I cant edit basic details!? oh and they don't have a chat option....in 2022, really!? unfortunately given how long I've had the policy for and my age i cannot afford to terminate the policy and get one with another company. I am already anticipating issues my beneficiaries will have the day they have to claim And i thought having life cover is supposed to give one peace of mind. if there's anyone who knows of an insurer that offers decent life cover and the institution allows freedom to access and edit your profile do give some of us a shout out. am already having endless headaches with 1life

Just wanted to say thank you to Dis-Chem Verdi store. I placed an order via App for my medication for delivery. I got updates via sms. I received a call timeously when they needed to confirm certain information. And delivery went smoothly on 2 Feb 2020 I must admit I was a bit sceptic given that my very first order for delivery with the Clearwater branch was a total disaster. However, the Verdi branch was impressive. Thank you for the great service!!!
On 17/12/2020 i contacted Mr price contact centre telephonically (0800 212 535) as I needed the contact details for Mr price home Fourways Mall. The number I found for the store on the Mr Price website is the same as customer contact centre, the other number I found online 0114762531 when you call it says the number doesn't exist. 11 minutes later am still in the phone waiting to speak to a consultant. I called 3 times all in all and each time I would wait and no consultant attended to my call I decide to send a Message on whatsapp as when you call you're advised that that is the quickest way to communicate with them. I sent a whatsapp text at 14h45, there was an immediate response giving me options in terms os whst I needed assistance with. I opted for no. 6 which said 'question'. The next text to me had two. Options: 1. Chat to customer care 2. Back to main menu I chose option 1. Eventually around 14:52 I received a text from Naledi asking how she can assist. I repeated my initial text indicating I need the contact number for Mr price home fourways mall. At 14:54 Naledi said she will connect me to someone in customer care. This despite my having chosen that option earlier. Anyway I waited. 15 minutes later, no response. I sent a text asking if am still being assisted and no one responded including Naledi. At 15:31 i get a text from Charmee asking how she may help. At 15:35 I resent my query again. At 15:44 I received a text stating that I must call the contact centre number... 0800212535, the same number I called 3 times until I ran out of airtime. I sent a message explaining that, and 15:55 still no assistance, no text from Mr price All I needed was to know if fourways has a particular item so that I know when I go there, there is stock I probably would have received better service if I was saying I have an account and I want to make payment.
Called in the clicks online customer service as I was having a problem with buying promotional items...buy 3 for 2. The third item amount wasnt reflecting a deduction. I spoke to Lyle who could not find the item I was referring to and I had to search online to tell him where it is. I had to tell him how to search to find Nivea Body Cream Shea Butter as he kept telling me there is Cocoa Butter. He kept telling me when he adds products they deduct. That's no solution forme if on my side theres no deduction. When I then explained to him how to searchthe item, he decides to do his own search & still can't find it. Now...what's the point of customer service if the consultant can't find a product on the website of a company they work for? Or if they can't find a solution to your problem. Well, turns out the promotion ends today, so too bad for me. Thanx a lot for nothing Lyle
purchased groceries online for delivery on 7 March 2019 between 16h00 and 17h00. at 17h40, nothing delivered, no one has called to inform me what is going on. i called online service the lady made me hold so as to find out about the order, 8 minutes later am still online. i called again was told to hold eventually was told driver was on his way and will be there in 5 minutes. at this time its just after 6pm. no one bothered to call to inform me that the delivery will be late. yet i pay for delivery and the website prompts you to choose a delivery time slot. i decided to cancel the order. i need my refund including delivery the driver arrived later and was apparently told to try convince to take the order. i explained to him t hat this is not the first time picknpay does this and as a customer no one updates me and i have to sit on the phone in order to get assistance. customer service not important to them and they don't hide it. one would think they are doing you a favour order number: ********** 063
