Denzil, second in charge at MTN Tygervalley upper level, just shouted at and threw my 75-year-old grandmother out of the store for enquiring why her number has been suspended. He never asked for any of her details and simply refused to help us. He just kept asking to speak to my father (I’m a 30-year-old woman), who has nothing to do with my granny’s account, as he probably doesn’t like helping women. His colleague, Dominique, stood there while he was treating us like garbage and did absolutely nothing. The actual manager was on leave today so Denzil was the one in charge; this is how MTN Tygervalley upper level store treats their long-standing customers. DO NOT GO THERE, rather go to the MTN on the lower level as they helped us immediately. Denzil is a bully and my gran left there frightened at this little man shouting at her in-store. Dominique was rude and didn’t even bother to help us. This is disgusting, MTN should do better by their customers.
Horrible service, takes months to manufacture and install. We paid the deposit and they never got back to us until we asked them twice what the ETA is. Appalling, take your business elsewhere, don’t use Boston Blinds!
I logged my Fibre order mid-September, it is now almost end of November and I still don't have internet. They captured my address incorrectly even though I sent them proof of address, I never received any communication from them on an ETA and no one told me that the incorrect address they've captured doesn't even have Fibre coverage. Then, there was an issue with the Vumatel line; Vox sent me a case number and when I contacted Vumatel, Vox even sent them the incorrect address! All this being as bad as it is, I've been a customer with Vox for over 3 years, my new address is in the same complex as my old address and still they got all the information wrong. How?!
We've rented out our house through Harcourts for the past year. We've never had anything done without having to nag them to do so (basic things like getting our house inspected as per our contract). We got our 6 month inspection report after 9 months, and our 1 year inspection report had photos taken from the 9 month inspection report in them. They are slow, unethical, and completely useless. I've never seen service as terrible and unprofessional as Harcourts, especially considering how much money they take each month for doing basically nothing.
I've been calling and emailing Telkom since January 2016. My mobile contract has ended and they're still deducting my monthly payment to this day. Last communication was 16 February 2016 where they said their retention department would contact me. It is already 28 February, I haven't heard from them at all and I'm still paying. They are absolutely useless and rude when communicating with me. They're wasting my time and money. All I want is to cancel my contract as it has already ended. Why am I still paying??
