The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Their call center agents don’t know what is going on. Their Managers are in compantente , and keep on telling you lies with no feedback, even ended up at the COO of the company full of promises. I settled my loan with them on the 02/01/2026, and they cant update my credit profiles and to get hold of any manager in the company is near impossible.
The service i received was great and super efficient would recommend it to everyone
Its the first company i have every dealt with where if you ask to speak to a manager, the respone is always the same" the managers is currently in a meeting. The call center agents cant resolve my issuse im having, the team leaders that i spoke to makes empty promise which they cant keep. Very disappointed in the Nimble group as whole.

CELLC gave me a call and asked would i like a new phone and they took me through the proses of applying and I told the call centre agent please advise me if it has been apporved as they couldnt tel me immeditalty because there system was offline. 2 weeks went by with out hearing anything from CELL C then all of a sudden CELL C sent me a sms saying its been approved I try to get throught to CELL C call centre with no luck to stop the proses the following day they deliverd the phone> And everyday since I recieved the phone I tryed to get hold of the right people to help me to cancel my contract and send back the phone.</p>
The whole wekend I try to get throught to MTN's call centre and evrytime i get throught the system is off line yesterday moring a gentle of the call centre took my details and said as soon as the system comes online I will get a call from him. I waited the whole day to get a call back from him eventally monday moring I picked up the phone because MTN suspened my lines( Main reason for my call to avoid that) but once MTN suspend my line I had no choice but to yet again after I was promised a call back(no calls was recieved) to pick up the phone and dialed the call centre where a lady assisted me and while on the line with her she recieved my payment. Just before 16:00 on monday afternoon a lady from MTN gave me a call with the incorrect information and when I tryed to tell her she is talking krap she put the phone down in my ear. Have to give MTN a 5star rating on crap service hope the right person reads this and gets back to me asap.
My account was debitade with the wrong amount. Went to cell c canal walk on the 1ste jan and threre a team leader assisstate me by looking at the invoice for the month of december and there we deteremind that the invoice was incorrect they then lodge a query for me(query nr 6010300349) and on sunday the 3de jan they gave me call back and said that that the turn around time is 24 to 48 working hours starting monday moring.<br> As of yet stil havent heard anything back from cell c. And would just want my query resolved
I was handed over to attorneys by Wonga and there I settled my accountant with them and received a paid up letter from them. But when I went onto Wonga website it still showed that I owe them money but I have received a paid up letter from the attorneys and me and the attorneys both send Wonga the proof of the paid up Letter and I have received confirmation that Wonga have received the payment and in the mean while I found out that it still reflects bad on my credit record but it has been paid in full and I don't owe them money but according there system I do and I've have been trying for more than 2 weeks to sort out this matter but with out any luck getting through to Wonga and with no response.
