Cheap for a reason, that's how they lure you in. Their systems are not great, customer service is non-existent. WHEN! (always late) they arrive to collect, you almost immediately get a call from the head office saying you need to pay extra for items not listed. Will not listen even if the fault is on their side. I took photos of the goods, photos of the inventory list I had sent, and a voice note for clarification. Try calling them for support or customer service after you have paid...nothing. The only way you get a response from them is if you owe them money. Will not use again, will not recommend
No sign of customer service. I have tried to no avail to get my details updated. I have done this via the website. All I get are generic email responses. The inability/refusal to assist has far-reaching consequences for me. My credit record determines whether I have a place to stay or not.
If I could give zero stars I would. Parked in long-stay parking by mistake. I had to pay R255 to get out. No compromise, no compassion.
This is a follow-up review to the one-star review I posted previously. My windscreens were replaced after the initial problems I experienced. Thanks to Sarah, JP, and Damian for owning the problem and getting it resolved. Also a great job from Myrtle and Laverne at the Glass Group. Temba and Marko did a great job but they could have tidied up better, bits of rubber left in the car and on the premises.
An abject lesson in how not to treat your customers! For a company whose claim to fame is its AI, this is awful. I could not submit my claim because the AI did not work, unfortunately, neither do your consultants. You also want to spend some money on staff training and developing the use of initiative. Still waiting for my windscreens to be fixed/replaced.
Absolute disaster. TV with no channels (reported it twice), the door did not close or lock properly. My wife was told there was no microwave to warm her flapjack. No butter on the tables, you have to ask 'because people waste' R70 for a glass of cheap wine. AC remote did not work. Showerhead did not work Gross waste of money. I will never go back, will never recommend the place. SIES! AGODA needs to remove this place from its website.
Matrix Bedfordview. Awful service, not the first time. Will never use them again. Cost me R500 for **** service.
This is the 2nd time in two months my line has been suspended even though payment has been made. This is a business line, I cannot call my clients!!! Awful, awful service. Been trying for two days to get through to the call centre, no joy and I have to listen to their kak music!!!
