The devil company with its so call demons . I regret that I trusted this company with my retirement policy and all of a sudden I have also taken the most expensive funeral cover . I will never take a funeral policy with this company because I’ve seen how they treat their customers when they claim . I’m going to cancel even that retirement insurance from this devil company. The CEO of this company have no shame you are a disgrace to society
I was so ashamed to notice that the staff at clicks in springs avenues they are neglected. I noticed that their chair they were sitting on were covered in boxes and sellotape. What a disgrace shame on you management and so call ceo
I got 4 calls from dis number 0215330400 on true call it state Cindy old mutual Thandeka and it only rang once then they drop the call I was so annoyed, then I got a call from dis number 0695474723 spoke with the rude and disrespectful girl who have no manners and she accused me of dropping their call after I requested thm to call me of which I never did. Why would I call stupid people like thm who don't know how to deal with thier clients and if this is a way of old mutual forcing people to call them or join or take their policy shame on you

I have a car warranty with this useless *********** company, with their IDC agencies. I've been waiting for thier assistance but to no avail. I'm very disappointed the way they are handling my case, I spoke to almost 10 agency since Wednesday but no one is giving me feedback or bother to call and inform me and th dealer on what's going I'm the one who's contacting them everyday but they keep on making excuses and sending me from pillar to post.it took me 20 minutes to join but to make a claim it's taking almost week.

My name is Delisiwe Mndawu I joined the capitec Bank funeral insurance (CF0101008571) in 2018. I've been trying to claim since last month but to no avail. They've been sending me from pillar to post until today & now they say they want a postmortem that can take almost 3 months yet they promised me that they would pay me within 24 hrs after I've claimed. I visited their bank numerous times and I'm tired now. Please everyone who has a policy with this bank cancel it otherwise you will be disappointed like me in difficult time.
Checkers springs mall sols me a rotten chicken and threir so call superviser (fufu & Nomvula) who refusrd to give me her name when i asked her ,she told me that the chicken is not rotten and they won't refund me ,so i asked her to taste it but she refused . she then refunded me when there was a white lady who also wanted a refund but gave me no slip. I will never ever again shop there your service sucks
I brought 2 phones last year and those phones came with a earphones not the small ones but big ones .We were told they are of stock so they gave us phones without earphones ,they promised to call us as soon they have stock. I called the eastgate telkom many times and even spoke to Zama the mananger but until today no called us we are paying full price for in the mean time we are the ones who are runnung after what was due to us .
This company is the biggest scam company full of dodge staff including their CEO, be carefull people out there I was scammed by this company even today. The so call CEO office promised to fix this since 29 January 2022 but until today ,they are still investigatin 😡😤
