This company is a *****!!! Please do not waste your time with them. They charge exorbitant fees and still fail to hold up their end of the bargain, i.e. you won't have a VISA in time for your travel.
Horrible after-sales customer service. We waited over 2 months for the patio furniture set and when it finally arrives, it comes without assembly *****s and no one to assemble it, after paying a hefty delivery fee, which other shops charge to include assembly. You guys have no business with such ugly customer service. You may as well close shop!
I log a new ticket about the lost connection daily. My internet connection is hardly up longer than 24hrs. I'm actually down more than up on any given day. This is really killing me and affecting my ability to earn income. Vodacom Fibre is the worst, period!!! Vodacom must just leave the Fibre business, it makes a tiny piece of their overall business anyway, so it must just leave it to companies that take their customers seriously.

Discovery Insure continues to debit and refuses to refund my insurance premiums way after my vehicle cover has ended.
Flight Center Hyde Park is definitely in business to reap first-time travelers off! I received such the worst service from them and I warn all of you to not use their services period. I booked a trip through them and I ended up spending 69% more in fees levied on top the total cost. I learned the hard way I edge you to learn from my mistake, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Courierit (Pretoria branch) uses delivery personnel who fail to use their most basic of common sense. The driver arrived at the delivery address and returned back with my package without even bothering to contact me. My Waybill number is ********** 3850 and my package is still not delivered.
A consultant at Discovery Insure, Bianca Petersen was so efficient in handling my claim. She processed the claim rapidly and kept me posted in every step of the way. Kudos to her, kudos to her!
Discovery should just go back in time, dig up a hole and bury itself. I applied for a limit increase specifically for Apply Watch (since it requires a minimum 15k limit). I provided proof of income required but they kept coming back to me requesting the same information over and over again, I must have sent the same information more than 6 times without it being updated on their system as received! Eventually, they send a quotation with an incorrect limit increase and a ridiculous interest rate and still requesting the same information I had provided multiple times. This issue is this not resolves and the Apple Watch has been sold to the next customer on the line since I was on the waiting list for it.
<p>I took a new cellphone contract for my wife on the 20th Jan 2017. On the 26th Jan, a port was done on my wife's number from Vodacom but it was subsequently rejected by mistake. I then requested (same day, 26th Jan) that the port proceeds as it was rejected by mistake. Irvin, MTN consultant who was assisting on this matter, kept confirming to me that the matter is being resolved and that the phone will start working within 72hrs. Today is the 8th Feb,<strong>13 days later</strong> after my wife received the phone, it is still not working!!! Every time I express my frustration about this matter, he answers back in such an inappropriate language and he seems very clueless with mtn systems. My wife is unable to buy any data or airtime because she is scared not to loose them should she get switched over to mtn, this has left her very inconvenienced and frustrated. If this is what it means to have mtn as our network provider, I'd rather go back to vodacom.</p>
