I have had the worst service. Booked a holiday for my family. Flight was delayed and they rebooked a flight and then we where placed on a waiting list. They as well dit not transfer my wife’s gluten free meal so now she cannot eat. And if I contact them they just say they cannot do anything. Not happy at all.
Not even sure how to start this complaint and if it even will be read. I have tried assisting my folks getting there Showmax linked to there Dstv premium account. It has now been more then 3-4months where they said the call would escalated and that they would get back to them but nothing. This happened on 4 different calls as there is an error linking Showmax. Showmax said problem is at Dstv. We have basically given up and we have excepted the terrible service. If I go on the indication of Hallopeter then I doubt if we would ever sort this problem.

So I have been in continuous contact with VOX as much as possible regarding the cancellation of my business fibre line due to the bad quality of service provided by frogfoot. So this morning they cancel all my other services as well. They set a cancellation fee of R2400 and once the line was cancelled then the amount went up to R31k. I have been constant communication with Wesley from VOX as trying to call them or email them it does not work. I have had a few calls with Wesley regarding the issue and they just don’t want to come to the party. They have forced me into another contract as that is there solution. Honestly think twice before using them as a service provider. Once my contracts are over there I am out of there.
My company has a few contracts at Vox Telecoms 3 x Home and 1 x Business line. Since last year October 2023 we started getting many line drops and this happens constantly. I have reported this over and over but they have done nothing! All they say is that they will get back to me but this never happens. This is a Frogfoot line they manage and I have requested to move my line over to a different service provider but the response I get is that I need to pay R40k to cancel the contract. This is unfair as this is a business line and it is more off then the home lines. I have on numerous time called there line to speak to someone with authority and I get is they will get back to me. No one returns my calls and there customer service has gone down the drain. Even my account manager does not even return my calls or she does not know what excuse to tell me next. Terrible service and very disappointing as Vox was not like this.
Order goods from website but has still not arrived. Was sent a tracking number but nothing happened after a month. Called Deal-hub and I was told my product was there and that they would ship it. Nothing happened again! This is after waiting for over 2 months. They said they would credit me but once again nothing. They don’t reply to emails either even if they say max 48 hours.
Ordered my goods for n Feb 2022. I have then received my tracking number 2 months later and now the goods have been in SA for more then a month and I am been told my goods would have been delivered this week. No communication and parcel! I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SEEM TO BE SCAM! WORST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH A COMPANY.
After cancelling my Mobile Telkom on the 3 March and it was agreed that my contract will end on the 31 March but I was still billled after the contract cancellation date. Now I called Telkom to find out why they still where billing me as my contract has expired. That was another complaint which took them more then 4 weeks to attend to but after I posted the complaint on HP then I got a response. So after about waiting for a month I finaly got there reapons and you will not believe it!<br> <br> The reason for them billing me the extra months is because I still used the sim card after my cancellation date. Telkom please check the invoice! It is a 10GB contract and you will see that not more then 50 MB where used. If the sim card was in my ipad then why did you not cancel the contract?<br> <br> You guys are being dishonest! If I did not call you, you would still have had the contract running! On of the calls I got I started laughing as the lady asked me \So do I want to cancel my contract"No Telkom I like to go to your shops for fun to sign cancellation contracts and then like to be billed for expired contracts.<br> <br> And now you don't want to refund me my money due to you breaking the contract.
