Since Ive app**** for COB in North West at the Klerksdorp branch, 3rd payment on the 17th of October, I havent received any payment. After signing on the 17th I received an sms the same day stating i will receive money in my bank account within 7 working days. Its been 17 working days now.... im depending on that income to support my household. But they dont give a **** about us. After numerous emails and calls I still dont have my money
Advertising streetwise remix with earphones.... Havent got money to buy it, my son begging me for that deal to get the earphones. So I put a bit money aside to buy it for him. I went and bought 4 deals so that we have food for the next day also... As we left the Krugersdorp Key West branch, he checked inside the bag, no earphones, i turned around and went back to the branch. All they said is they have no stock. Why not tell me when I ordered the deal. I could have gone to another branch
Very upset with this branch. Usually buy from them because its close by to where I work. Yesterday I thought let me brag about this Burger King to my brother while I visited him in Krugersdorp. So we googled the closing time as it says 10pm. 9:13pm we arrived at the Burger King as we drove all the way from Krugersdorp which is 25km away. 1 customer inside the shop. An employee comes running out and said that they cant help us because the lady that just came out is their last customer for the night. How pathetic to close your doors and turn away a usual customer because of time. Word of mouth will be spread of this pathetic place!
Bought a rotten cabanossi meat stick. Returned it immediately to the store of purchase, not one stick had an expiry date. Emailed the supplier before 1pm, now it is almost 7pm and not even a sorry
Bought a Jalepeno DBL burger med meal, no seviettes, no ketchup for frys and no ice in the coke. Very poor service!!!
Each week when I get to Mafikeng, my 1st stop is at McDonalds. Because there is no McDonalds where I stay I make it a point stopping there when I arrive in Mafikeng. Each time a buy a McFeast Delux meal and a junior cheese burger. This morning I was very very very disappointed. Like usual, go at the drive trough, ordered the same as usual, then they tell me no junior cheese burger today because they dont have patties to make it. How rediculous that one of the most popular fast food groups in the world dont have patties to make your order! Ive been a fan and great supporter of McDonalds but lost all my favour.
On Friday 7th of December we bought a few things from Game Vryburg. On the gondola end was Ricoffy and advertised as R69.99, after transaction at till point I checked the till slip and saw that on the slip it was rang at R79.99. I asked the manager mr.Tumelo to help with this because they advertise it for R69.99. He took my slip and give it to a lady at the customer service desk and asked her to refund the R10 difference. After a while standing there nothing happened. 15 - 20 minutes waiting I asked the lady to give me the slip and I left. 1st of all on a Friday afternoon there is only 2 cashiers (not friendly at all, no customer service and only 1 at the customer service desk). This is not my 1st time having a bad shopping experience with this Game in Vryburg. I left frustrated and will by word of mouth share my experience.
Ive done an application for a credit card, been approved, send me the contract, send me the gold credit card, but no funds available on the card, even deducted money from the account but still no available funds. When I queried it they asked me for 3 months payslips. Ive send the payslips and still no funds. If they have a problem with it, why send me a credit card and start deducting money?
<p>Have been working as a rep, using my own car, own cellphone, repairing at my own cost. Got a basic salary of R2000 and 10% comition. Never ever got my full 10%. Since end of November Im still strugling to get my money. Never answers my messages and when I ask for a print out on what my sales was and what I was paid for its being ignored. When the sales came in and the company couldnt provide the customer it was my loss. Im fed up with people trying to run a business and not coping to produce and pay the staff. I want my money for the sales.</p>
<p>I have logged into my banking as I await money to be transferred to my account and not receiving it. As I logged in I found out that my account is missing. No notice nothing! Will gladly change banks and go to Nedbank or Standard</p>
