Andre was excellent. He went out of his way to source my Samsung S21 Ultra smartphone. Item was delivered today . This is a very legit online store. A 5 star company. People are nervous about online stores, but this store is tops.
Online Pay u credit card system failed due to a technical issue on theie online store. they however did not reverse all pending crefit card authorizations. My crefit card is now blocked due to insufficient funds on available balance. I tried the online store 5 times and all 5 transactions failed. Internet fibre service down for 8 days. No communication from service provider.
false advertising. No feedback on complaints. LTE speeds about 5mbs when they advertising up to 40mbps. They using Cell C which anyway has no towers and using Vodacoms tower in my area. They have not responded on slow lte speeds highly throttled.

refers to MTN at Cresta Shopping cetre, U218A, Weltevreden Rd, Cresta, Randburg, 2118 Upgrade done on mobile no ********** 922.on 17th MArch 2018. 30GB promo data still not loaded on new upgrade. Nobody ansers calls at dealer on ********** 635. I complained yesterday about the issue, but still not resolved.
Please with immediate effect reverse the upgrades on mobile nos ********** 587 and ********** 922 that happened 8th Mrach 2018. The sales person that phoned me had no clue what i was talking about. They bother myself and my daughter daily feom that 087.... numbers even after hours. Had no clue in the world that i have been upgraded for another 24 months without even a handset on 2 of my contracts. They just want commission. I am with MTN for 21 years and this is disgusting.
