I bought from this company..I received an infant size sneakers in a big box ,I returned it back it wasn't the right size they asked me to use Paxi which was an additional cost to me and they confirmed that they've received it but when I followed up on my refund there was no further response till today .
I got delayed on the 30th Nover 2025 and missed my flight..I went to the customer service and was told that I needed to top up to board the next flight ,the flight was way more expensive and decided to opt for SAA which was a bit cheap ..I was told that the money will be refunded to my wallet..Today I tried booking a flight to Durban I was told there was no funds in my wallet as the funds got forfeited which is something I was not told ..I'm very disappointed that I had to lose so much money.Ref 385395CE
Good day ,I would like to report the pathetic service received feom Dstv..I was charged for Dstv stream which I know nothing about ,I was told that it was activated last month by me .I hardly visit the website and it was the first time I've known about this streaming when I had to pay.If anyone else activated I mean I could have known about it as it would have sent notification to my cellphone which I never received.I was told by Thandeka Ndlovu that I am liable for the fee and should investigate it on my side .The other lady told me to cancel the fee which the website doesn't even give me that option 😒I hate to visit cause uts so user unfriendly . Now I owe 2 subscription and I want Dstv to investigate and prove that I activated the service and reverse that fee ASAP ...Call ref number _94033152_I337 Customer number:94033152
I am highly disappointed in this company and I wouldn't recommended anyone to use their service .Upon receiving my keys after buying a house , I noticed some faults like the distribution board was not closed and the water was leaking at the metre and they promised to help me fix the problem .After 2 weeks nothing happened .I followed up with Nomonde(the sales lady) ,she then gave me the numbers for the owner Gordon Sithebe and he promised to attend to the problem a week went by,after making numerous follow up I didn't have any further feedback and Gordon was seeing my watsap and chose not to respond.Today I experiences burning of cables in the main switch distribution board and I was scared for my life for what was supposed to be attended urgently.This company does not care for its customers after the sale ,they just want your money thats all.Im a first time homeowner and needed them the most but they treated me like trash
I went to African Bank Diepkloof square today on the 25.01.2020 ,I rushed there to do some withdrawal on my investment and luckily I went in at about 12.55 while the door was open.When i got inside the one staff already logged off(Zama)while the other staff was preparing to log off ,I asked why are they logging off because its not yet 13.00 and on their door it shows that they close at 13.00.They told me they sorry they closed already and that I should go to Maponya or Bara Mall tomorrow.I said but im already in and they say that's the problem with black people they want to see the door closed .I said but it was not exactly 1pm and asked her to check on her computer after so much of arguing and insisting the other lady confirmed it was then 13.01 i said to her that clearly means i was here before 13.00.She said they want to go home and i must not pull the attitude with them .I asked for her name and she said her name was Zama .I dont believe Black people have to be treated like that.I work in a Bank and the principle is that you dont log out before the knock off time and if a client called 1 minute before you still put the interest of the client first and help the client.I AM SO DISAPPOINTED ON HOW WE BLACK PEOPLE ARE TREATED IN OUR BLACK AREAS.THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC
Can i just applaud this company for their excellent service ,Their online purchase is user friendly and the service thereafter is amazing .I ordered the items around 10 am in the morning by 3pm i already had my prce,same day !l.That to me is record breaking compared to the other online companies where you had to fight tooth and nail to get your parcel.Keep it up Guys ,you rock!.
Pathetic service by Old mutual ,I cant believed the service i have received from such a big company .They have been nothing but THIEVES and no one can tell me where my money disappeared to . I got a financial advisor from Oldmutual called Andile Mncube who has been nothing but Useless.HE made me deposit R50,000 last year around April into some investment account with his help and he promised to review the savings every after after 3 months he said if my investment was not performing then he will move it which never happened .I withdrew R30,000.00 in December and was left with R20,000.00 last month i decided to go to him to find out about the status of my investment.To my surprise he told me that i only had R+-R15,000 i was shocked and demanded an explanation ,he told me he assumes the money went to the monthly charges which i didn't understand cause he wasn't even sure and he promised to send me a statement that was on the 2nd of May 2019 till today he says the head office hasnt responded to him. I dont know how many follow ups i have made without any assistance.I am ****ED and FRUSTRATED by the lack of explanation and closure i then decided to ask to withdraw the money that was left which was +-15000 at Jabulani branch assisted by David. on the 5th of June i only got an amount of R8404.20 to my surprised i picked up the call to call my so called "Financial advisor " Andile ,who told me that he cannot see anything on the system i must go to the branch.Frustrated i had to call David at the branch and he told me he also cannot see anything and he even asked who helped me ??"CANT THE SYSTEM STORE INFORMATION OF CLIENTS "(I started feeling afraid and wondered if the company keeps trail of client's transactions and adhere to certain rules and regulations) ,the following day i made a follow up with David ,he said he had problems with the system the whole day and he gave me a number for contact center to call myself,I spoke to a consultant who told me i shouldnt have called as a client and could have been assisted by David.The guy asked for a ref number which i didn't have .We did a conference call and called David to ask for a ref number which he said he didnt have( but he did the withdrawal).MY HEART IS TORN INTO PIECES .I am extremely disappointed .Is there someone competent at oldmutual to tell me what is going on and give me answers .....I AM SO HOPELESS AND REGRET EVERY MINUTE I INVESTEMENT WITH OLDMUTUAL.
Good day ,I bought a pair of flip flops for my child at Ackermans Rosebank mall and after a month the strip got separated from the sole .I sent the pair back for an exchange because i didn't have a slip .The shoes are still available in the store but they refused to exchange for me .I called the customer care and the lady was rude and insisted there is nothing they can do .When my white colleague called ,she was told that she will be assisted as the policy states that they can exchange but no refund and they even took down her numbers to call her back .I am shocked with the service and discretion you give to white people but the same policy not applying to people of colour.
<p>I called on the 10/02/2017 to change my debit order from the 20th to the 31st of every month.The consultant told me that he was able to do so and i asked if i can change my subsctiption from Access to Compat but only on my debit order date which is the end of the month .He said he changed it already effective the 10/02/2016 i said but i wanted it at the end of the month ,he said i had nothing to lose as i will only pay the whole amount which is R512.00 for the pro-rate (10/02/2016-28/02/2017)and full period (01-03-2016) only on the 28/02/2017 I was surprised by the advise but i agreed to paying that amount on the 28/02/2016.I went home and found that i was still on Dstv access . I gave it some time to adjust but on the 17.02.2016 i just decided to call because my channels were still on Access subsctiption .The consultant told me that the supsctioption shows that i was on Compact and also confirmed my debit order will be taken at the end of the month an amount of R500 and some odd rands.When i got home ,my account was suspended due to unpaid .I was so furious and i called on the 18/02/2016 .I was told i needed to pay for my supsctioption to be activated ,i told the consultant what i was advised and he told me i was given the incorrect information . I asked him to put me back to access as it was not my fault that i was provided with incorrect information ,The gentlement was so rude and i asked to speak to a manager but he just put me on hold for more than10 minutes without coming back to me.Can someone call me to resolve this matter as i was inconvenienced due to incorrect information.</p>
I registered my brother with college sa ,they asked us to pay an amount of R2350 and 1500 every month thereof ,My brother waited for the study material in vain,he decided to cancel within a month as there is a guarantee of full refund if you cancel within a month.I initially spoke to Aashiqah Kruger who promised that the refund was processed , 3months later she decided to refer me to Lameez who promised that the refund will be sorted out ,i made numerous calls but nothing has been done.I don't know what to do as i feel like a stupid to let my brother register with this inefficient and unprofessional institution.I made a call and was advised all the managers are not in and the refunds department is still busy .Hello Peter you are my only hope.
