I bought gold earrings for my 4 year old grand daughter at Elundini Pharmacy in Maclear which is under Alpha Pharmacy 3 weeks back. Last of last week I took them back because the color was changing and I was advised that the manager was not there I must come back this week. Today I went back and the manager told me there's nothing she can do. She said there's no way that they can change the color unless the person has lot of acid. I told her its for a 4 year old and she was using the ones that were bought at Maclear Pharmacy and they are still good its just that we wanted a second pair. She was very rude and arrogant. She gave me a number for Van Staden which she said I must contact them myself. She doesn't have customer service and manners at all. She's so rude.
I've done a laybye in July and yesterday 13/08/2024 I paid in full. I asked to return a jacket because my daughter in law already bought the same jacket the cashier by the name Zethu Dyobha refused. She told me that I must read the terms and conditions on the laybye slip. She told me that the store can't refund my money, I must buy something with the same amount or take a gift card. I told her I need my money. The music was very loud I was struggling to hear her and she was connecting with her phone. Even there was another customer complained about the volume of the music but she never reduced the volume. She called the manager and come back assist another customer. Her attitude and customer service was very poor. After 15 minutes the manager came and the refund was done. Zethu Dyobha must treat customers with respect please.
On the 19th of November 2021 someone burglary the house I'm renting in Greenfield location Maclear. They took 2 flat screens TV, 40cm Hisense, 32cm Samsung and Asus laptop. The case was reported at police station and case number is 68/11/21. The finger print department arrived on the 21st November 2021. My sons were at home and not satisfied with the way the fingerprints were done. When I arrived at home i was not satisfied when they tell me. I called Maclear police station and spoke to Mr Maile(not sure about the spelling) and he advised me that he will call them. After 10 to 15 minutes a lady Nyume called me from this number +27732334170 and she was not friendly at all. She kept on telling me that it's the first time someone complaining about her job. She kept on repeating about her job and she got a complain. I told her that I'm not teaching her how to do her job but I'm not satisfied thats all I'm saying. She told that she has a list of other people that she must still do fingerprints but I kept on telling her that she must please come back to do them again. She told me that the reason she only took fingerprints on speakers and fan its because she didn't want to leave the house dirty with the black powder she was using. I asked her so the problem was the black powder not the fingerprints. To cut the story short she advised that will coming back on Wednesday the24th November. She never pitched till today no call nothing. So I feel she doesn't care about customers at all. She was not friendly, she dropped the call also. We didn't finish our conversation. My father bought some groceries at Schenk and it supposed to be delivered today but they didn't. They delivered to a guy that stays in the open space next to my father's place. I called them at 16:08 and the lady promised to check the order. The lady that answered the phone hang up on me while I was talking to her. I called again at 17:00 and I was told they couldn't read the name on the list which is not my father's problem because its one of their employees who wrote. She told me they will only deliver tomorrow which was unacceptable. She appologised but you can hear that she is not feeling sorry for him. She again hang up on me. My father has no grocery today that's why he was there early today. I don't accept they customer service at all. I have to buy him something to eat today. I'm so furious because they don't customers with respect. They don't stay far from my father's place, they can dropped them when they knock off but they didn't because they don't care at all. Good morning I'm was residing at 2567 in Greenfield, Maclear. The authority to occupy this house was granted by the Elundini Municipality with the help of Mr PS Memani, who was the manager in housing department in the year 2016. There is Siphi Mayibenye who claims that the house belongs to him. Siphi and Nandi who I guess its his wife are calling and sms which I find it unprofessional due to 1. House was given to me by municipal official and there was a contract signed 2. The councillor has no authority to instruct my neighbour to open the house without my consent or instructions. The neighbour has my key and not allowed to give it to anyone unless I have instructed him. The councillor called me on 26th April and asked me about the house and I explained that I'm in Cape Town and I can't come back because of lockdown. We agreed but now they are telling me that it was open for 7 days and I didn't come back. These guy including the councillor itself, knew that the municipality offices were closed. The reason why I need the municipality to intervene on the contract its says the owner must give me 3 months notice and shall pay all expenses I paid to fix the house and he told he cannot do that. I was waiting for the offices to open. I was suprised when they forced my neighbour to open because the councillor and the police gave them permission to do so. I believe both parties acted uncivilised in this manner because they know the lockdown regulations that to move from one province to another province you must have a valid permit. I have find it wrong of the new owner and his wife to be granted permission to occupy the house by the councillor. They were inside the house and telling me they are writing down a list of my stuff, even the main bedroom that is locked they will open it. They gave me options 1. To ask someone to take my stuff 2. They will use my stuff 3. I must pay rent for them. I asked them to give me chance until Monday as I know the municipality offices will be open that day. Mr Gashi I have signed a contract with the Elundini Municipality and was advised that when the owner of the house found, the Elundini Municipality will contact me in writing advice me that the owner has been traced and found not the owner harrasing and breaking in the house with the councillors permission and the Police Officers. The contract that I have signed at the municipality offices that time constitutes a formal and legal arrangement which is now being breached. As the tenant that was given authority by Elundini Municipality office, I expect no one to talk to me not unless the person is from Elundini municipality to give me a 3 months notice in writing. The owner of the house should contact municipality offices not me. They have done an illegal break in which I will open a case against them. Even those messages they've sent to me will also take legal action against them. On the 2nd of June 2020 they were in the house calling me names telling me they will break in and the councillor was there also. I ask the Station commander and Mr K Lingani who is a Legal Practirioner to assist because the Maclear police can assist. I'm trying to get a permit so that I can come down to sort this problem out. As he not willing to pay I have to take everything out that I fixed. I don't have a problem to move out because I was advised that the owner of the house will claim and the contract doesn't give me the ownership of the property. The Ward Councillor Vuyiswa Nthabi came with a letter to me with wrong names and ask me to vacate the house with immediate effect. On the 28th January 2021 4 ladies came shouting and swearing at me telling me to vacate the house and the Ward Councillor came with police telling me to vacate the house with immediate effect. I called the municipality offices and I was advised to vacate there's nothing they can do. When I signed the contract I was not advised that they told me municipality will write a letter to me and the owner of the house will give three months notice and whatever i done on the house he/she will pay. The municipality and the Ward councillor didn't follow the correct procedure. Ive to vacate the house same day and my furniture is damaged because I've to ask to neighbour's to keep my stuff. I feel they were unfair to me because if I didn't stayed in the house it was going to be vandalized. Is this the correct way that the Ward councillor and the municipality thanks me for saving their house. That family now are my enemies even the Ward councillor is my enemy. Is it the right way that was done by the municipality. The names on the letter is the one I used when I signed the contract. I'm married so I used Mercy Dyasi and the letter is *****ba Macupe. The people that are staying there are not the owner neither his kids, its his niece and she's married to Mayibenye family. The municipality didn't follow the correct procedure. On the 15th October 2020 I paid R50 in Mthatha BT Ngebs Rage. I paid with R100 so my change was R50 but the cashier didn't give me the change. I noticed when I paying the transport. I called in and spoke to Nomfundiso who advised me that the cashier that was assisting me is off. She promised to call me back when she is on duty. I waited for two weeks no call. I called back again and Nomfundiso promised that the lady will pay it on my account and she took my contact details. On the 11 November I checked at Khayelitsha branch if this payment was done nothing was reflecting. In the 30 December 2020 I was at Mthatha Plaza I checked again no payment has been made. I need that cashier to pay my R50 and the arrears on this acc. I need an apology from her because I feel she is robbing me actually she is. I done a quote and the car was unlimited kilometers with Hertz but unfortunately was fully booked and the money was refunded. Rental cars sent me another quote and i called Bidvest to check if its unlimited but was advised that they can't check on their side because its under the agent. I took it for granted that its unlimited and make a payment. I only noticed the day I supposed to fetch the car so didn't fetch the car. Bidvest didn't charge me for cancelation then Rental cars why is not refunding my money.
On Sunday the 17th February 2019 I bought a tv stand at Decofurn Factory shop in Somerset Mall. I approached a sales lady and ask to check if it's available and they checked on their system it yes there is some available. Sales lady Ayanda took my details and load them on their system and then she asked me to make a payment to their Cashier. I've done that and I was directed to go to the back or workshop whatever they call it to collect my stuff. I've waited more than 10 minutes no one says anything. Ayanda also came to the back with an invoice for another customer and I asked what about me. Ayanda and other 2 African guys were arguing and swearing at each other. My cousin told them its rude what they are doing in front of customers and they only tell me that the stand is out of stock and I must go back to the cashier for a refund no apology nothing. I went back to the cashier but I decided to ask for a manager. While I was busy with the manager by the name Craig the cleaner was busy asking me some stupid question but I told her to wait I'm busy with her manager now so she must leave me alone. Craig went to the back and came with same answer nothing at the store room. He made a copy of my invoice and told me that it would be delivered on Monday or Tuesday the latest I must write my home address and contact number.I've done that but nothing happened till Tuesday afternoon. I called then the lady told me Craig is off but she will check and call me back. She didn't call me until I called them and Ayanda answered the call and promised that Wednesday I'll get my stand. Wednesday morning Ayanda told me the driver will call me when he is on the way. I waited the whole day and I called them to check it was a long story but promised that I'll get my stand same day. The driver call me advice he is on the way to me and I waited more than an hour and I called him back to find that he doesn't have my goods he made a mistake. I asked him to call the store because I need my delivery today and he promised to call the store. I called Ayanda and asked actually what's the problem and she must check and call me back but she never call me. I really hate their customer service its very very bad. The reason why I write this complaint I'm ****ed of with the service I got at Decofurn. They need to do something about this incompetent service. I hate their customer service its pathetic.
My son registered in Eastern Cape at Umthawelanga Senior School. He has a problem with eye sight. I will try to cut it short, last year he had an corneal transplant on his left eye he couldn't write December exams but I reported at school. This year January he went back to school and had a problem with the operation and I had to go to school and meet the school and members of the Sgb. I asked for a transfer to Caps Town so that he is near his doctor, it was in February. In March I was struggling to get a school and he told me he want to go back to his school. I went back to school and spoke to Principal and we agreed that he must come when he is back to Eastern Cape. In May again I visited the school because to report him that on the 31/05/2018 he is going for another Corneal transplant for the right eye. The Principal called another teacher and check with him about the Exams timetable. They both confirmed that he can't write because they will already started. He even asked the class teacher to give me her contact details so that we communicate. He called the Department of Education In Mount Fletcher and spoke to Mr Nkhoahle, who told the principal there will be no problem he will write when he comes back and maybe there will some other students in the district. In July my son went back to school and he was sick and at school they give him a letter to go to clinic. At clinic they told him he had an infection. I called his doctor in Groote Schuur he advised he must come back urgently. It was a long weekend he came back to Cape Town ASAP and we went to Groote Schuur and they have to treat that infection and do follow up for 3weeks. My nephew told me he reported him to his class teacher. He went back to school and wrote September exams. He told that he advised that he is no longer registered in school he was deleted in February. I called the principal and he told me that but I don't understand why because I was at school in March and May how is that possible. Why? Now my son is attempting school just for revision and he must repeat grade 11 for the fourth year. Next year May he has an appointment for another Corneal transplant. I called Mr Nkhoahle and he advised me to speak to Mrs Dlangamandla. Mrs Dlangamandla is not taking my calls. I'm very stressed because I don't want to do bad things and I'm unemployed widow. I tried to raised my kids the way I was raised but he is not at school he will do wrong things. Please assist me ASAP. Thanks in advance.
