On the 29 November 2024 I bought a TV and dishwasher at game online. The following day they only delivered the tv and said they would deliver the dishwasher separately. Till today the 14 December I’m still waiting for that delivery. I logged a query with game on their online chat and was told my query would be escalated. A lady called me and said they are still investigating and would get back to me yesterday 13 December. I waited and nothing. I also went to a dischem store to find out what’s happening and was told my order has not been dispatched from the warehouse at Game Mthatha Circus Triangle and they would call me to arrange delivery but I’m still waiting. The worst part is that they sent me an email confirming that the dishwasher was delivered when in fact it wasn’t. At this point I’m not sure if they are trying to be ****mers or what coz I don’t understand what’s going on. Game if you cannot deliver please pay back my money. I have had enough
It cannot be right that MTN can bill me for data I have not received or used. I have been calling their customer care for the past 3 days to find out why they won’t load the data and they say my query would be attended to within 48 hours. This is the 4th day and I still have not recieved my data. Now I’m expected to pay for data I don’t have. This is ridiculous!!!

I’ve just about had it with trying to communicate anything with pharmacy direct. It’s like talking to a brick wall. They keep sending me the wrong brand of pills. I specifically told them to send me the brand that has been prescribed by my doctor as per doctors orders. The doctor advised that I use Lomanor but they keep sending me Pendine. The keep sending me a different brand. This morning I woke up to an email from my medical aid saying they have submitted a claim. They still claimed for the wrong medication. Please fix this before delivering this medication to me. I don’t get how a pharmacy dealing with MEDICATION can be so nonchalant about people’s needs.
I have lost all hope in getting my excess back. It has been almost 4 months waiting to get my money back since I lodged an excess recovery claim. No one gets back to me with any feedback. Even after constantly trying to contact their offices, I have not received any tangible feedback on my claim. I’m not sure if these people are for real or not. Really disappointing to say the least.
I never anticipated the amount of time I have been waiting to have my excess refunded. It has been well over a month now since I submitted my claim for excess recovery. I submitted all the documents that were required. I have been following up with Samantha Naidoo with no positive feedback. She just told me that the other insurance company is still found validations. I have been asking for turn around times but none given. I have never experienced such slow service. The accident happened 8 November 2022 by the way. I am not sure what the hold up is and no one is communicating with me. Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and ensure that my excess is recovered. I have been waiting for far too long.
I placed an order on the Mr Price app. Paid for it but I never recieved an order confirmation and when the order would be delivered. When I check on the app my order does not appear on the order list but my money is gone. I’m not sure what kind of game these people are playing. Can you confirm my order or refund me my money back please
I placed an order on the Leroy Merlin website on the 19 November 2022. I paid and the money was deducted from my account. The payment kept failing on their website and I did not receive an order number. When checking the status of my order it says “cancelled”. My money is gone but the order was not confirmed. I reported this via their WhatsApp. The agent said they have not received they money and would revert to me on Monday. I am yet to receive a call from them. I also tried calling them today and spoke to Nosipho who said she is still checking my order and would get back to me. It is now over an hour and I’m still waiting for her call. I’m really frustrated and it doesn’t seem anyone is willing to resolve this.
I cannot believe the terrible service I’m getting from pharmacy direct. It’s scary to think that they are responsible for a service that can affect a persons life. They processed my request for my chronic meds on the 23 October 2022 with my medication. Two days later I called them to find out when they would deliver and they said they can’t give me an exact date. It is now the 27 October and I am still waiting for my medication. My medication is now finished I don’t know what to do. Today I called them again and they lied and said the driver came to deliver and couldn’t get hold of me. I never received any missed call. I have also been on a WhatsApp conversation with them since 11am and they are not resolving the issue. This is really frustrating. The service is horrible. I’m quite sure I don’t have to deal with this especially with something that could be life threatening.
