I am so disappointed with KIA MOTORS @NELSPRUIT. I purchased a KIA K2700 Workhorse in 2020. Full warrant service was part of the deal and the service interval of the vehicle is 10 000 KM. My hevicle has just reached 20 000 KM. I took it to KIA Motors in Nelspruit for Service and I was told the Service Provider who servive cars for KIA has declined to service my Vehicle. I could not get a conviencing explanation and took my vehicle back home without having beein serviced.
MTN is colluding with Mondo Click Connect Company to rob South African people. I discovered a debit Order which was about to be effected for two cellphone contracts which i have never authorized. How can MTN allow outside people to bridge security and subscribe to cellphone contract using my identity without proper verification (such as ID copy, Signature, OTPs, QR codes) MTN is part of the scheme to rob South Africans through this Mondo Company. My sister (Irene Mathenjwa) passed on 2nd of March 2021 and she was buried in a weeks time. After the funeral, we went to Mabotwane Security Service office at Nelspruit (013 752 5336) to claim the UIF (Unemployment Insurance Fund) as the pay slip (salary advice) indicate that 1% was deduct from her salary. Since then, we have been In-and-Out in their office but at no vain. There is no assistance offered by the company. This makes one to wonder whether the 2% contribution was it paid to the Department of Employment and Labour as per policy requirement. It has been realised that there are 19 people in the waiting list but the matter has not been given attention by Head Office as well (tel: 011-601 5900). It is time to bring the Ombudsman in this matter in order to obtain fair adjudication.
Oneplan Insurance confirmed to have covered my vehicle. Images of the vehicle were uploaded accordingly. 5 months down the line, the vehicle is no longer covered as per the initial contract. When I requested an immediate cancellation of the contract and refund of the money paid, lots of stories come up. The service is very poor from this company. The Banks who finance the vehicle are lured to believe that the vehicle is covered whereas it is not. Its gonna be worse when you get involved in a car accidents because your claim will not be paid.
I have been requesting a Settlement Letter so that It can be able to cancel the Stop Order deduction from salary at work. It has been 2 months calling the ABSA division but at no vain. The Attorney responsible for Bond registration has been sending email but there is no response. Why is it so difficult to obtain required services as ABSA claims to offer? My story is not the good one. I have been waiting outside the store (nelspruit) to buy cement. Despite of my waiting, i could not get an opportunity to buy it. It is understandable that there is a backlog of cement deliveries due to lockdown and truck drivers strike. However, it is of a great concern to note that the Sales department keep on insisting that there is no cement while we can observe two trucks being offloaded. On confrontation, you being told that there was a pre-booking of the cement. If we also insist on making pre-booking, we are not allowed. It then implies that if you got lot of money (rich) you are treated differently.
Having been banking with ABSA for more than ten years, if find it no longer safe to continue banking with ABSA anymore. This is as a result of the fact that this bank does not protect its client against unlawful debit orders which are created by scrupulous organisations. Recently, I discovered that there were debit orders effected to debit money from my account. When I inquired at the bank, I have been given contact numbers of companies which debit money from my account and some of these contact numbers can not be reached. When trying to recoup my lost money by reversing the transaction, ABSA personnel could do the reversal which is older than three months. The codes of these debit orders appears as follows; Kukin 502D, Re-Trade 503, VAR-593B, kukhule, GR Lifes-65798, Stero/Namts-2571. I have been informed by friends that other banks like FNB and STD bank validate with clients if there is suspicious transaction or new debit. Sadly, ABSA bank does not take care of its clients

Home Protect Insuranca was activate which costed R47.00 monthly.</p> <p> </p> <p>This Precious Sithole then pockets lots of comission when a number of people are being enrolled into insurance policies.</p> <p>Jet Stores all over the country are selling their clients to these dodgy insurance companies as Customers are being enrolled to insurane policies unaware.</p> <p> </p> <p>This must immediate come to a stop and these people need to be exposed using all medium of communication.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<br> Altech Nestar has poor customer services. Altech Netstar solicit the services of Credit Worx for debts collection. They make payments arrangements with a clients while on the other hand black listing the client with TransUnion. I was surprise recently when I drew my annual report at TransUnion and realized that I have been fooled. Why Credit Wox still call me to make arrangements whereas the case has been concluded and sent for blacklisting. Altech Netstar should not be trusted as they are not consistent. I have subscribed for a Smart Broadband Wireless contract on the 18 september 2015 and later I realized that I have been robbed by sale person because there is no Telkom coverage at Barberton where I reside.
